Filip (Sales) was attentive but not overly pushy. He asked all the right questions and answered all of mine. He was diligent, professional, approachable and super patient with me. His manager (Garfield) and he did everything they could to ensure I got the car I wanted. Thank you.

Lookers Crawley, cancelled my car service at 4.30pm on the afternoon before as they didn't have any courtesy cars available as they were re-fleeting. Strikes me as exceptionally poor planning.

They couldn't even collect my car as an alternative solution.

To make matters worse they don't return emails or calls when I have tried to rearrange the service. I wont be using them again as its the second time that poor customer service has let them down.

Professional friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble and I was kept updated through the whole process ..... thank you :-)

Got my second car from Skoda Newcastle. My transaction 4yrs ago and after sale services from Skoda were great. So it was a no brainer to get my new car from them still. Special mention to Chelsea on the Service reception desks, as she always greets me warmly, always with a smile, and has a great sense of humour too.
Very knowledgable too, and has helped me several times in the past, and saved me time and money too, so for me thats 6*+
Shout out to Zoe (Head of Sales team) as she also chatted whilst I waited, and answered all the wierd 'customer' questions I threw her way, and impressed me too - another 6*

The appointment was easy to make. Check-in was very simple to complete online. On site, a courteous welcome and review of work to be carried out were completed most efficiently. The quality of communication throughout the process was excellent and the car was returned washed and well serviced.
