We visited this dealership to sign up for a motability car and the service and process was absolutely amazing! We dealt with Kathy Higham who is the motability specialist and she is honestly the best in the business! We first visited Skipton VW before here and they were so rude, patronising and don’t make us feel welcome at all they were also absolutely clueless about the scheme! If you live near Skipton I would 100% make the extra journey to see Kathy at Blackburn instead!

I was contacted by Joe in New Car Sales who offered me a fantastic deal on a new car which was hard to turn down, all the paperwork was straight forward and quick, no waiting around for hours, Joe was very friendly and professional, he was really good at his job, got my car within 4days of being offered it...5 stars....thank you Joe your an asset to Ford Lookers

Callum provided very good customer care when my car was needing a service. He called me the previous working day to check that the appointment still suited. He checked my car in efficiently on the day and confirmed it was ready to collect in the afternoon. My car was returned cleaned and shining. Great service.

Poor customer service across the board. I booked my car in for service and MOT for same date. A few days beforehand the online check in notice came through and there was no mention of service! I rang them and they ‘agreed’ to add it in. I explained I have a service plan with them, but the person on phone couldn’t find it so quoted me the cost for my service despite me having correct ref numbers and paperwork for the plan. Prior to this I also had a recall notice so rang to see if that could be added in on the day of service. I was told no as not enough ‘recall gaps that day’ so booked it in for a month later. I was told during that call it wasn’t a rush to get the recall done - but I explained that it was an airbag safety issue so I pointed out that until it’s replaced there is a risk to any passengers in my car should it deploy / not deploy during any impact. Still unable to bring date for recall forward. On day of service they tell me they are doing the recall and can find no mention of a booking for it for the following month - presumably they cancelled that date without telling me. On the day, the agent I dealt with also couldn’t find my service plan but then said he was looking in the wrong place! On the whole a stressful experience for something which is very routine for a company like JLR and not the service I would expect from a premium car manufacturer. I have taken my service plan elsewhere now.

The staff obviously believe in the golden rule ‘treat others as you would like to be treated by them’.
I would like to mention Ollie, Craig & Romy in particular.
They showed genuine kindness & empathy on all 3 of my visits to Lookers.

There was an issue with the price quoted for my service but this was soon rectified and honoured.
The service I received was fantastic. Staff were very polite and helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. They even washed and vacuumed my car upon completion.
Will be returning next year for service and M.O.T.
A+ all round.

Amazing service from Itsham Akhtar at Skoda Stockport!
I recently bought a new Skoda and Itsham made the whole experience so much better. He was friendly, patient, and genuinely went above and beyond to help with everything. Nothing felt rushed or stressful, he made the process smooth, easy, and actually enjoyable.
Highly recommend him if you’re looking for great service and someone who really knows what they’re doing!

I don't replace my vehicle that often but I can say without any doubt the experience at Lookers couldn't have been better.
They had the vehicle I was interested in and my salesperson, Mitch, couldn't have been more helpful.
The hour long, unaccompanied test drive was a great way to get a real feel for the car.
A very acceptable deal was agreed including the trade in on my old vehicle. Everything was clearly explained without feeling any pressure to sign up to different schemes.
Overall a great experience, highly recommended.

Booked a service appointment months in advance on the app for collection of my vehicle from my home. Get a notification the working day before my appointment to ‘check the vehicle in’ for drop off between the hours of 8:30-11:30. Call up the dealership to confirm that we requested collection of the vehicle and not a drop off, a female we spoke to said yes sometimes the requests don’t show up on text messages but everything looks as it should and someone will come and collect from you between 8:30-11:30am on the day of servicing. 11am approaches on the day and no one has arrived, so we call the dealer to chase up and get told that they don’t offer that service. Next appointment available would be in 2 months time or to bring in the vehicle now and it would take 2-3 hours. The whole point of requesting the collection service was so that I wouldn’t have to wait at the dealer. If the service isn’t offered please don’t allow it on the app and make sure your desk/phone staff know what services are offered and are relaying correct information to customers.
It’s been like this for years. Time to move on from this dealer - Volvo Stockport.

From the moment I picked up the phone to discuss potential purchase of a Discovery, Lookers were very responsive and helpful.
