Special mention to Chelsea on the Service reception desks, as she always greets me warmly, always with a smile, and has a great sense of humour too.
Very knowledgable too, and has helped me several times in the past, and saved me time and money too, so for me thats 6*+
Shout out to Zoe (Head of Sales team) as she also chatted whilst I waited, and answered all the wierd 'customer' questions I threw her way, and impressed me too - another 6*

The appointment was easy to make. Check-in was very simple to complete online. On site, a courteous welcome and review of work to be carried out were completed most efficiently. The quality of communication throughout the process was excellent and the car was returned washed and well serviced.

Decided now was the right time to upgrade our car, waited for the lucky buyers to pick up their 26 Plates, leaving a better choice of Mokka's on Lookers forecourt. As a family we went over on Sunday, had a look around, took the keys for a few to have a sit-in and fiddle, absolutely no hassling from the Lookers Team, no pressure and no certainly no pressure selling.
Chose the Mokka we wanted, and made arrangements to pick up the following Friday.
All the agreement paperwork is ... well digital, so a scribble on the screen in a few places (another tree saved 😊)
Carl followed up midweek to ensure the payment had gone through and called on the Friday mid-morning to say it was ready for collection
Polished to within an inch of its life, half-a-tank of petrol, a good handshake and away we went
So easy, and again... no pressure to buy

I bought a used car that turned out to have nothing but problems. I purchased a 2 year warranty costing over £500. I have never claimed on this warranty and sold the car 8 months after buying it because no one would fix the issues. I was told I could cancel the warranty and recieve a partial refund for the remaining 16 months of the warranty.
I have now been told that once you cancel the warranty, it's tough and they just keep your money. The dealership I bought it from didn't even know this. Lookers are an absolute con and only out to screw customers over. They do not care about anything except taking your money.

Myself and my wife have been dealing with Glasgow Audi, which was initially Lomond Audi since 2005, which I believe was approximately 1 year after the branch opened. Over that time, we have built up a great relationship with all the staff and it is always nice to see friendly, welcoming faces.
Unfortunately, for us, just over 2 years ago, we felt the cars had kind of stagnated and we switched to Jaguar, which ultimately, was a terrible move. Last month, we took a turn into the branch and were greeted by Chris Connor. Chris sold my wife her last Q5 in 2016 and it was really reassuring, to speak someone, you know and trust. He went out his way, to make, my wife’s move back to Audi as seamless as possible and she took delivery of her new Q5 on Saturday and to be perfectly honest, she remarked that ‘it’s good to be home’.
In closing, I can’t recommend the branch enough, particularly Chris and we will both continue to endorse and support Audi.

I bought a car 11 months ago and it had to go back under the warranty for electrical faults. They had my car a month, then came back and said I owed £600 in repairs, including 2 new tyres despite only doing 7k miles on the car. The service manager had no regard for the issues I was having and they returned my car not even having cleaned it. I was under the impression due to the noise on the call that he had me on speaker phone to show off to the other members of staff in the showroom. I'd save your money and buy a car elsewhere, I am now stuck with a vehicle I don't trust on the roads and left to deal with the staff in service who have no manners or consideration for the inconvenience and upheaval of my car going wrong.
