Lookers Crawley, cancelled my car service at 4.30pm on the afternoon before as they didn't have any courtesy cars available as they were re-fleeting. Strikes me as exceptionally poor planning.
They couldn't even collect my car as an alternative solution.
To make matters worse they don't return emails or calls when I have tried to rearrange the service. I wont be using them again as its the second time that poor customer service has let them down.

Used their online reservations system to book a table for dinner, they phoned a week later to tell me that they had issues with the system and were not able to offer the time that I selected, they wanted to move me to 45 minutes later. When I said that I didn't want to move they said I could turn up at the original time and wait!! When I further complained they said they didn't have to notify me and could have just left my reservation and kept me waiting on the day. Needless to say I cancelled the reservation and wont set foot in any of their restaurants.
Viagogo substituted my ticket for a concert with one that was significantly cheaper and in an inferior location at the venue. They do this at their sole discretion, although its automated it isn't done to ensure you are given comparable seats. It resulted in me significantly overpaying for my ticket which I assume increases profits for Viagogo. Also they don't monitor their customer services email address!
Pleased with the watch but the bracelet is so badly made it’s impossible to unscrew and remove links. The screwdriver supplied to too big to unscrew the links.
I was considering a second purchase from the company but the issue with the bracelet has put me off.

Unreliable, same bus cancelled on two consecutive days. Dirty, busses often dirty and or cold with muddy or wet floors. Staff, unfriendly and unwelcoming, one person springs to mind that should clearly never work with the public. Metrobus shouldn't be allowed to expand in the Crawley area until its existing services are stable, they are now my last resort as they are not fit for purpose.

Great company to deal with, they always replied to emails quickly and the whole purchase process was easy and efficient. I have no hesitation in using them again and will recommend any friends and family.
From start to finish very efficient and cost effective. A home visit to measure up and look at samples followed by a call from the shop to book in the fitting, I had three bedrooms and hall and stairs carpets replaced and the end result is magnificent. I have more work to do on the house and I won't be going anywhere else for flooring!! Highly recommended.
