Untrustworthy

I bought a car part exchange. Unfortunately, the entire experience was not what I hoped for. I was told that the car would be in perfect condition. However, after the close inspection I found out this wasn't the case. The car had numerous chips. I was told not to worry as I had an insurance (which I paid for!) that would cover this. How convenient to do this at the expense of my time and my own money! They also sent a chap to show me how I can use app for various info / controls, which later I found out was not part of the deal. Again, it took me some time to figure this out and their rep had no idea that I wasn't buying a new car. Talking about communication within team non existing. I also was never given a second car key. Was promised to be sent by post , however, after almost two weeks no sign of the 2nd car key. And finally, Synther owed me money, which they were in no rush to refund. I had to chase them to pay me back and I'm still waiting for this to happen. Luckily, I'm still within my cooling off period and should they not pay me on time I will cancel the deal. I would never recommend dealing with this people. They are all after 'exceed expectation' and frankly, they don't have a clue how to achieve it.

I had a problem with my Taycan

I had a problem with my Taycan. The entire team has been phenomenal. Ellie from the service team talked me through every step to get my car back on the road. They gave me a loan car over the weekend and picked mine up again on the Monday.
Could not fault the Team or the service centre.
Perfect all round.

BMW Service

I recently had my BMW serviced and the overall experience was very good. Imran and the staff were professional, friendly, and kept me well informed throughout the process. Everything was explained clearly, and the work was completed as promised.

The quality of service met my expectations, and my car was returned in great condition. It’s reassuring to know the vehicle is being looked after by a knowledgeable and efficient team.

Overall, a smooth and positive experience—I would be happy to return for future services.

Professional and knowledgeable staff at Sytner Harold Wood

Great experience at Sytner Harold Wood, made so by very helpful, knowledgable and polite staff.
All information and negotiation regarding the car and financing was explained clearly and the appointment felt completely unhurried which left me feeling confident about any decisions made and with no pressure to make any immediate commitment . Iain was particularly helpful regarding explanation of finance options and Mark was very personable and helpful regarding the sale.

Ben and Amy – Excellent Service!

We had a brake calliper seize on our daughter’s 2017 Mini Cooper and couldn’t have asked for better service. Ben in the service department was fantastic—he got the car straight in on a Friday afternoon, diagnosed the problem right away, and promised it would be ready for Saturday morning. My daughter’s a medic and relies on her car, so Ben arranged a loan vehicle on the spot, at no extra cost. True to his word, the car was ready the next morning and the cost came in below the quote. Both Ben and Amy were brilliant –friendly, professional, and an absolute credit to MINI. Couldn’t fault a thing!

Fantastic Support.

Fran the mechanic provided fantastic support. I took him out in the car to listen to a droning noise. He diagnosed the problem as the near side wheel bearing. I needed to get the car repaired quickly for some long journeys in the next few weeks. Fran offered to fit the work in on a Saturday morning and do it himself. 👍

Great Customer Service, seamless purchase

Callum made the purchase of my RR Sport simple. He patiently explained the process, the finance etc. On the day we collected the car we were kept informed of when we could call in and were made very welcome whilst we went through the paperwork. Love the new car :o)

Great service

I recently took my X1 in to Sytner Nottingham as it had developed a fault. It was assigned to Niamh Hazeldnine who from the start to finish was extremely helpful, reassuring, polite and very customer focused. As my car was off the road a temporary car was arranged which was done so very quickly with regular communication on when I would receive the car. I was kept updated on progress all of the time, advising me exactly what the fault was and when the new part would arrive, be fitted and tested, ensuring the fault was resolved very quickly. Whilst my vehicle was being looked at the standard health report identified a cut in the tyre that I was not previously aware of. Niamh carefully discussed this with me and the various tyre options, prices and timescales for ordering and fitting being really helpful and knowledgeable, the level of service I received was exceptional anode an extremely high standard, thanks
