Richard who dealt with our booking,
Came out to greet us after the fast lane booking system ( which seems very efficient) confirmed the extras I had requested on the online booking confirmation and informed the mot would only be around 2hrs so we could wait in the customer waiting area if we wanted to, I enquired if the lady on reception could order a taxi for us to take us to the local shopping complex , he replied yes I will sort it for you , came back and to our surprise drove us him self the short distance to the shopping complex.
Around 2 hrs later he called us to say the vehicle was ready to collect , we made our way back to the service department and Richard went through the the vehicle health check with us and confirmed the extras requested had Been carried out.
After paying the invoice he then showed us to our vehicle, which was spotless inside and out.

Synter Leicester came first out of four separate Mini franchises that we contacted, each with the same vehicle brief.
The differentiator was Kerry Hill.
Kerry responded quickest, with clear details and a video that was better than the competition.
This was followed up with a commercial offer structured by Denice Mowels that meet our needs.

Both Paige and Claire were a great example of excellent customer service. Polite, Professional and engaging .
This was supported by Grace in the finance department
On the day of collection Claire was really helpful. This was followed up by a call the next day to check all was ok .

I have purchased multiple cars but the pre sales service I received from the Sytner Leicester team was magnificent. I interacted with a number of different sellers and they all worked seamlessly as a single team! I could not find fault with any part of the sales process, Tasha/Kerry and Joe deserve enormous credit! Well done.

Excellent experience purchasing a new Mini Aceman. Joe was fantastic throughout the process - extremely efficient and responsive. Would highly recommend, the best service I’ve had when buying a new car. Nothing I can fault at all, it was all a completely seamless experience!

We had a really great experience at Sytner and went from browsing to shaking a hand in the blink of an eye due to the extraordinary customer service and care.
We dealt with Joe and he made myself and my partner feel like we were his only concern in the world. We were buying approved used, but the level of care and attention to detail we received, you would have thought we were buying new.
