Hayley who I organised my scheduled service, is a superstar and has looked after me at this dealership before. The set up is very good and there is no slipperiness, all the staff are lovely and want to make your experience a good one. They achieve this in bucketloads. Very easy to deal with

From start to finish, my experiences with Graypaul Ferrari Birmingham has been nothing short of exceptional. Having purchased four cars in the last 18 months their attention to detail is second to none — with this particular vehicle I spoke with Matt and George to discuss my requirements, and they found me exactly what I wanted and more.
John handed over the car today, with great enthusiasm and as always a very professional manner.
What truly sets them apart is their unparalleled aftersales/customer service. The entire team go above and beyond to ensure that every single one of my requests was met exactly as I wanted — no compromises, no missed details, just flawless execution.
It’s rare to find a dealership that combines such professionalism with a personal touch. At Graypaul Ferrari Birmingham, you’re not just another customer — you’re treated like part of the Ferrari family, everybody knows who you are and you really feel that family feeling.
Brief mention for their Hospitality also, special mention to Freya and Alice who make sure myself and my wife are always taken care of.
