Rapid response from all concerned at Bentley Birmingham from the first call to Andrew in sales who delivered my car who gave great detailed over the phone advise to try and help to Sarah and Claire in service who were both extremely helpful ( luckily I’m not based in Birmingham as I would try and tempt them into my team )
The only down fall in your whole operation is the subcontractors you use such as the AA and recovery companies who between them must have made at least 30 calls and 6 different arrangements but these pail in to insignificance compared to Enterprise Car Rentals who’s service as per usual ( I’ve had many Porsches ) was inept to say the least and left me with £100s in taxi fares before finally getting a car to me !!!!

Have had follow up telephone call. All in all 110 out of 100.

Went to look and buy a bentley bentyga. On inspection the front tyres looked very low. I've bought enough cars to tell they need replacing. Whilst there the sales manager came out. Just looked at them and said it needs to be checked in the workshop. No hello or acknowledgement! Anyway I agreed to buy the car.. Whilst sorting the paperwork I handed over my driving licence to be told I look like Rylan off the TV! I was very surprised to say the least. Later that day sitting there having a coffee in thought you can stick that car where the sun doesn't shine. It amazes me how these people have jobs! Saying that look at the state of the country and who is running that! Please refund my deposit so I can shut the door and hopefully forget about this.
