Exceptional service every time from Terry and the team, great comms, courtesy car and timely work. I drive an extra hour each way to specifically use Graypaul Edinburgh

From a morning mishap on our UK roads causing a safety issue for forward travel, Bentley Edinburgh without a pre booking assisted, resolved the issue and checked everything no drama and efficiently allowing progress on the day.

Very easy to talk to and car was cleaned and was left in good condition.

It was easy to get an appointment.
The pick up and return along with the provided courtesy car is a much appreciated service.

Very good reception I was greeted very well.was kept up to date with the progress on my car and the only downside was the bill 😂

The service team at what remains of the Maserati new car showroom in Edinburgh are world class. Faultless reception, 2nd service of Grecale Modena carried out quickly and efficiently. Car returned valeted and “as new”.
I would have preferred to be able to see and try the Grecale Trofeo and the Fulgore versions, as I originally wanted the Trofeo , but this was not available in Scotland at the time ( except in first edition bright yellow which wasn’t suitable. )
Birmingham isn’t a realistic option for me, or any other Scots I suspect. It’s a pity Synter has written Scotland off, as I know many Maserati enthusiasts here. The way in which the brand has been presented has so far has been very low key for such a brilliant sporting SUV which gives a joyful driving experience compared to the dull alternatives from its high volume mass production competitors.
Scotland loves you Synter, please come back again.

I've just bought my frist Lamborgini from here and I must say that the experience was unreal from start to Finnish.
We dealt with Lewis and he was fantastic, very assertive and knowledgeable.
The communication was brilliant and nothing was a hassle for any of the team !
When collecting my car the team were excellent and gifted my young boy a Lego set ( Lamborgini of course ) along with other bits and bobs which I thought was lovely of them.
All the team were great and went above and beyond from stepping foot in the showroom to doing the reveal of the car !!

The whole process from booking my vehicle in for its service until its return was faultless. I was contacted a couple of days before the service to run through what needed done and a couple of days after to everything was done to my satisfaction. The confidence that instilled in me cannot be overestimated

Great service

I had received my yearly service telephone call from Georgia and we arranged for the vehicle to be picked up on a Monday. Neil arrived that morning with a text prior to arrival, Niel is a lovely guy and you know your car is in safe hands with him.
The service was carried out and video forwarded onto me by the technician to confirm the car was all in order. Georgia then called to confirm everything was in order and mot had also been carried out meaning we were all good to go in this years adventures. Niel managed to drop the vehicle off one day earlier which was my preferred day and the car was in perfect condition.
Many thanks Ferrari Edinburgh for once again giving the service you would expect.

Both the service manager girls were excellent and provided a smooth, professional service.
