The reason it wasn't 5 stars is because I was asked if I wanted the car washing and said yes and the car wasn't washed. Also it was brought in because the start stop was not cutting out the engine when the car was stationary. I was told that this was because I had the heating set to LO (it is hot weather) and if I increased it the engine would stop. This was true but I didn't get a satisfactory explanation why it does this. If the Air Con was on then I would understand why the engine would keep running if the interior was not cool enough, but by leaving the engine running without the Air Con on wasn't going to make the interior any colder so why doesn't the engine stop. I still think it is due to low battery voltage but they don't want to replace it until the warranty runs out so that I have to pay for it!

We got into the car and Jack did a demonstration. We thought the car parked itself but were very suprised that it not only parked itself but found a space to park in.

When returning to collect was again met by Claire who took me to my car and went over what had been done and wished me a safe journey home.

I recently had my Insignia's annual service at Charles Hurst Vauxhall Belfast.
I have some mobility issues and their collection and return of my car means a lot to me and the driver was friendly and professional.
I received a video and a vehicle health check by email and on this occasion there was no additional work required. Having a service plan meant that the cost of the service was spread over the year.

From the beginning of the process to the end when I picked up the car it was such an easy process. Walking into the forecourt looking for a new car we were unsure what we wanted but thanks to Joe he made us feel at ease and got to the bottom what we needed . Such an easy ordering system, made us aware of how much everything was going to cost so we didn't have an surprises . Just a few short weeks went by with updates every couple of weeks or so and we were paired with our car. When collecting the car again Joe helped us set everything up, he s a star 🌟 would definitely recommend using skoda in Newcastle

Pleasant, efficient and friendly staff as usual. Started work on my car almost immediately and provided me with coffee whilst I waited. Very good customer service providing me with a video of the car's health check via e-mail. I shall return next year if Lookers continue to be a Ford dealer Why I say this ,it's because it has been stated Lookers M'Bro are no longer going to sell new Ford Cars.

Normally I avoid using the larger companies but Lookers Ford Transit centre at Cargo Fleet Lane has been incredibly friendly and helpful as well as showing expertise with technical problems that other Ford dealers have struggled.

Although our past experience with Lookers Stockport Seat has been poor, I have to give credit where it is due. After complaining, I was very well looked after and the problems we had with poor communication and incomplete repairs were taken seriously. Based on our most recent visit, it would be four stars but I feel obligated to be honest about the general service levels.

Jack Vipond was knowledgeable, helpful and professional throughout the purchase of the car. I have also found all staff polite and helpful whenever i have had to contact the Middlesbrough branch.

I rate Lookers because they looked after my van, to me it’s a camper van and I seriously look after it in every way. It’s immaculate inside and out. The girl in reception was very helpful, the service was carried out while we waited, with ample water, tea and coffee in pleasant surroundings. Highly recommended, I will definitely take my van back there again !

This was my third time buying from Charles Hurst Toyota. Dealt with Barry on each occasion. The fact I keep going back says it all- staff are friendly, informative & not pushy. Customer service is excellent, they respond quickly to phone or email query.
