Whilst others in our block of flats are getting good WiFi. Our TV is no longer connected!
Absolutely crap!
The lass we spoke to didn't have a clue so now on Friday night we're stuck watching crap terrestrial TV.
We've had problems since connecting to Wifinity. 1 lass who seemed to know the issue helped us previously.
But not today.
So now for the 3rd time we're looking online for WiFi that works with our Samsung TV.
Our phones are working. But no, no, no it's not our TV, s fault or ours our TV has worked OK with our WiFi providers. But we're stuck paying for a service we're so not getting!
Watching decent TV on my pad or hone is not for us!
That's why we've a 55 inch screen.

Had an issue with connection and the MAC address that was different than the one written on the router. Andrea was extremely patient and helpful today and thankfully my internet connection is back!

Having seen other reviews for this company I was surprised at the poor service I received from them.

Staying on a holiday park where they provide the wifi service I purchased the 7 day option so that I would be able to stream content and keep up with other things during the week.

Big mistake. At one point I speed tested the service and it reported less than 1mb download speed. Their free option provided better.

I emailed their support and quickly received as follow up email requesting further detail. Sounds promising. A day and a half after providing that info I was till waiting for anything further.

Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole if I come across them again. Useless customer support.

Gem, the person who took my call, really lived up to her name! Friendly service that fixed my issue quickly :)

Spoke with Karima who was brilliant at helping me get back on the internet after a power outage in my sheltered housing block
He was a great help and we finally succeeded!!

The WiFi is not working at my student accomodation and they have yet to send anyone out. However, I spoke to a man named JAMES who was very helpful and attentive. The internet isn't working still so hopefully it'll get fixed soon. Still absolutely phenomenal support from JAMES, he was wonderful.

The advisor was very patient and very helpful thankyou.

Today, I was helped a lot by JAMES. I have a new account created/registered with Optify and he patiently guided me through. After completing this, James also got my devices connected to the wi-fi service. I am so happy to be able to watch my YT channels and Netflix movie, at the same time internet browsing on my laptop. It was an awesome experience to be patiently assisted and attended to by James! He also assured, I can always call Optify should I need more help. Thank you, James...

I got in contact as I was having issues over the phone and Karima was really helpful. The issue was resolved within minutes and was handled really easily.

Karima was so helpful and made everything so easy to understand! She quickly managed to help me connect my wifi.

My experience is amazing ive had james a few times now and every time iv had him he has sorted my wifi and fire stick out straight away he always seems to go above and beyond to help correct everything from even calling me back after a reset I couldn't fault him at all.........weldone jame 💪
