My trooli Wi-Fi constantly disconnects from my sky tv. It also just drops off regularly with all my other divides. I had no issues with my previous provider. I challenged trooli about this and they said they are only responsible for the WiFi to the property and not within the property. Figure that out, it’s all their equipment inside the house.
I would not recommend trooli. Also to ensure it was not a me issue I checked with my neighbours who are also now with trooli, same problem with them.
When I tried to cancel my subscription they want to charge me the remainder of my contract, what was 18months. I said but you have not keep up with your end of the contract. They simply were not interested. Terrible customer service.
AVOID.

Really quick to arrange the install. 30 times the speed of Sky Broadband for half the price. No brainer to switch. Guys installing were very polite, professional and tidy. First class performance.

Back again with the same problem for the fifth time. Internet gone off exactly the same as before for no reason. Tried calling customer services, went from 8 people ahead to 6 in one hour of waiting. Cant call from home as no internet or phone signal. Has always be fixed externally five days later but the my will refuse to send an engineer unless someone is at home during a week day. Absolute shambles of a company.

Great service when renewing my contract. Specifically, thanks to Shadai for the professional way she handled my queries. I'm very satisfied with Trooli's service and their after service support.

Service with Trooli was great until it wasn't. Broadband completely down for nearly three days after an issue in the road. Communications from Trooli were good and now fixed but I am surprised Trooli did not offer a refund for no service or any compensation. There terms are not to offer compensation unless down for 72 hours.

All’s fine until it’s not.

The broadband service in my area has been down for 14hrs. Issue started around 8pm. No way of contacting anyone, out of normal working hours, or finding out if it is a known issue that their engineers were working on.

I still haven’t spoken to anyone or had a response to the two emails I’ve sent.

It’s all great until the network collapses. They are not 24 hours and only work business hours. So when the internet goes out at 8:05pm you have to wait 12 hours before anyone even notices. Consider other options before going to Trooli

He was knowledgeable and professional and able to make the process straightforward while answering any questions I had. After 2 weeks of getting nowhere with Sky and after only 30 minutes talking to Conner from Trooli and arranging full Fibre installation I feel refreshed and so pleased I changed my supplier. He was helpful and very professional from the start and cant wait to get a service and speeds I need

New customer with fibre install next week. My experience with the accounts staff had been very good. Ntombi, customer accounts adviser, was professional and patient when dealing with, and rectifying, direct debit issues caused by me! First class customer service and prompt responses to questions.

Everything was clearly explained from initial contact to the civil work and then the installation by Shaun and Darren. They talked me through the job and expertly completed it with no issues. Well done. This is probably the most pain free and pleasant broadband installation I have experienced.

Such a lovely young man Itu was charming helpful informative and made everything so clear.

So far so good… spoke to a very helpful and knowledgeable chap called Connor who answered all my questions about switching to Trooli and made the whole sign-up process seamless. Just hope the connectivity is as efficient
