I phoned and spoke to Gemma today, she was extremely professional, she spoke clearly and well, she is very knowledgeable and polite. Gemma resolved my issues quickly and effectively and her friendly, cheerful character really shone through. She is a Gem. Thank you.

Wifinity is very reliable broadband I rarely have problems with connection

Being in the forces, unfortunately you are pretty much forced to use this company.
And after using it for a few years i can honestly say, its not worth the money.
Constantly dropping out, under performs and getting an answer takes ages.
Stay well clear of this company, unless your in the military then you have no choice.
You shouldn't have to contact the company repeatedly because they can't provide the service they claim.

Miranda is great at her work! We called late in the evening yet she was really patient in guiding us to set up our wifi even if there were a lot of glitches in between. Her voice is calming and gave us a lot of assurance. She is outstanding!

Quick efficient and friendly when pausing my subscription

Was getting no WiFi at Kessingland Parkdean resort.
Karima was methodical, helpful and had an excellent demeanour.

For a few days I was unable to access the Internet on my TV, which meant no iplayer or catch-up channels.
I contacted your help line, and James was incredibly patient, talking me through the various steps I needed to take to reset the network. When done, we checked that it was working, and then hevreminded me of the steps should this happen again. Thank you James, for your unpatroniding attitude and your patience.

I had gone through the instructions and could not sign in to anchor wifinity. Karima tooky call and after establishing my problem asked a few questions and set me up from his end. I got a personal network key and followed instructions from karima and successfully logged in. He was patient, knowledgeable and explained in ways I could understand not technical jargon

Had issues with my internet dropping randomly and within 10minutes Karima fixed the issue and never had issues since!

I needed to call for help as we use Wifinity in our caravan for the season. We pay for enhanced speed from the standard Park speed and the customer support. Today I was talking with Karima for over half an hour as he diligently took me through step by step resetting our TV and tablet to the Wifinity network. I initially thought a network issue but Karima the expert soon found out differently.
