A really good experience from start to finish. The price was higher than my expectations which was very pleasing. Everyone that I spoke to was charming and helpful. Dean who collected that bike was extremely friendly and efficient. The money was in the bank instantly. I would always thoroughly recommend SuperBike Factory. Many thanks to all.

The experience i had at superbikefactory was excellent, the staff are more than willing to help and very professional, I will buy from superbikefactory again.

Originally went to score 5 for ease of use when ordering, however I paid for the waterproof coating and didn't receive it, the bike arrived dirty, and I got the local dealer to inspect it and they informed me the front sprocket but was just sat in the cover. An avoidable health and safety hazard!

I knew the price that I was prepared to accept and although the first offer was too low, I received another offer a few days later which was agreeable. The inspection and collection occurred the very next day, the inspector/driver was courteous and thorough. After he confirmed that the bike was as described, he authorised payment and I received the full amount into my bank account. The bike was loaded and that was job done. Just waiting for dvla confirmation.

Very easy process for selling .Guy who came out to check the bike over was good and honest no messing around .Paid within secs of signing .Great business to deal with .

I have recently sold two bikes to SuperBike Factory and on both occasions every member of staff that I have dealt with has been well informed, polite, respectful and helpful. Matt was brilliant this morning and helped me to part with my beloved Yamaha whilst retaining my composure. If you have to let a bike go, you might as well let it go to SuperBike Factory where you know it will be treated with respect.

Wonderful friendly staff and a great selection of bikes. Will definitely pay them a visit again when I need a new bike.

I have used Sbf a few times in the last 12 months and previously everything went smoothly but this time is not the case, paid deposit on bike like I have done in the past then to get a message with portal details, the bike was advertised as being at Macclesfield and I had been to see it, within 24 hours I got a message saying it had passed all it checks and collection team will be in touch shortly, spoken with a member of staff about possibly px my old bike. That’s where it then starts to go wrong, sat on hold for a hour before speaking to someone to find out bike no longer at Macclesfield and is now in Bristol, offered peanuts for trade in which I said not happening, suggested to me it would take another week to get the bike back to Macclesfield for collection. After more days passed decided to cancel my order as it was taking too long, tried calling and gave up after a hour of being on hold, messaged and emailed with no reply. Sad to say but I won’t be using again and the customer service stinks. I wonder how long they can stay in business when treating customers that way

He informed me of arrival time and was very prompt.

The initial contact for buying my suzuki van van , went ok, that's when it stopped, the bike had an indicator fault which was faulty wiring, I've emailed, massaged text no reply except for one saying they would get back to me, but they never had, they never answer the phone, they're customer service is non existent, what ever happens to the 14 day money back guarantee I'll never know, because all efforts to contact them come to nothing, so how would a refund work if they never contact you, the 14 day period would run out. The company are incompetent, no customer service, no after care, no communication, nothing, once a bike is sold that's it they're not interested, I suspect most of the 5 star reviews are fake. Do not use this company , a terrible experience.
