Firstly I must apologise as I did not catch the name of the young lady who initially helped me on my visit to the showroom, she was busy but still had the time to wheel a bike out for me to look over. The service I received from Hugh was excellent he was friendly and provided as much information on the bike that he had available, the service history was limited so I opted to add this as an option, it was mentioned but not pushed by Hugh. I wanted the bike delivered so this was arranged and the fee charged is very reasonable and the service from the courier was excellent. Bike was purchased Sunday, ready for the courier on Monday and the courier called on the Tuesday and arranged delivery for Friday so very efficient. The bike arrived as scheduled with the service stamped in the book and in the condition it was in when I looked it over. So far everything has been very positive and I am very pleased with my bike purchase and the service from SBF Bristol.

Great service from start to finish

We paid a visit to the SuperBike Factory with the idea of "looking" at motorcycles.....with help from Katie and Hugh we ended up "buying" a bike...a Triumph Trident! I'm extremely happy with the purchase, Katie and Hugh couldn't have been more helpful with any queries or questions we had. I would recommend them to anyone.

The initial contact for buying my suzuki van van , went ok, that's when it stopped, the bike had an indicator fault which was faulty wiring, I've emailed, massaged text no reply except for one saying they would get back to me, but they never had, they never answer the phone, they're customer service is non existent, what ever happens to the 14 day money back guarantee I'll never know, because all efforts to contact them come to nothing, so how would a refund work if they never contact you, the 14 day period would run out. The company are incompetent, no customer service, no after care, no communication, nothing, once a bike is sold that's it they're not interested, I suspect most of the 5 star reviews are fake. Do not use this company , a terrible experience.

The process of buying was excellent. The bike was ready and waiting for collection, there were good explanations of the controls, the paperwork was easily completed. Everyone was polite, welcoming and attentive. There's a comfortable waiting area, coffee and loos. The only issue is that it is hard to make contact other than the portal chat service. To change the pick-up time involved prolonged hold music on the phone. But, overall, a good experience.

Obviously it was less than I could sell it for privately but the process was simple and easy and I didn’t have to deal with Morons.

The guy who came out was lush and we had a great honest connection. He obviously know what he was talking about because he had a beard.

What a fab Experience!
Wanted to sell our bike and couldn’t bear the thought of all the tyre kickers coming to look at the bike and being messed about.
Did a quick online quote came back with a great price. Delivery booked for next day, Dave came inspected bike he was lovely and deal with took 30 mins and money transferred straight away. Fab service so impressed and will highly recommend communication spot on start to finish 🙃

Cam Harris was very helpful with helping me with my new bike explained alot about it went out his way to get the keys to start it and wasn't in no rush considering it was closing highly recommend my 3rd bike I've bought now many more to come cheers for the service

Hugh, the sales agent who looked after me, was extremely helpful, polite, and very informative throughout the whole process. He made everything feel smooth, friendly, and completely straightforward. The communication was excellent from start to finish, and everything about the bike and the purchase process was explained clearly and thoroughly.
I also found the Garage app to be a fantastic feature — being able to track the progress of the purchase gave real peace of mind and kept everything transparent.
