I was insured last year with yourselves…

I was insured last year with yourselves costing around £400. So my renewal quote came through at over £800. I went on line and got it for £400. I paid for it there and then. So I phoned the next day to find out about the renewal quote and was told this was also live. You then tried to charge me a cancellation fee. I had already taken out my insurance with yourselves and paid for it. Why was it so expensive to begin with. A disgrace I think people not catching this on and being charged double the price

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear on this occasion your experience with us hasn’t been as positive as we’d hoped it would be.

I can see there are quite a few differences from your renewal quote to your new policy, so this is why you've been able to find a cheaper price online. As our quotes are like for like. For example, your no claims history is showing as 4 years on your new policy, but we only had this as 2 years (if this is 4 years, we may look to ask for proof of this change). You also have a different product, meaning you don't have legal expenses on your new policy.

We're happy you've been able to find a price with us that was competitive. But, please contact us in your renewal window and we can look to assist you, if we can, by making any adjustments you may need.

Never again will I book a holiday with…

Never again will I book a holiday with these people. Had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances and it took 4 phone call totalling approximately 3.5 hours and just realised they have still tried to take there monthly payment. Plus it takes up to 90 days to get your money back.
