Only went into Milton Keyes to buy a helmet, got talking to the guys there about a KTM Duke which was the bike I wanted. My main concern was being able to touch the floor-being a short arse. They showed me a Benelli Leoncino which they had just taken in part exchange. I fell in love with it.

I must say I was very pleased with my experience with the superbike factory I had to part ex and buying a bike from the Superbike factory, Harley and Jonathan were very helpful with the entire process and were very quick at getting back to me with my question's and they were very quick with getting the bike ready once the paperwork was signed. Attractive prices however upon enquiry I was denied a test ride and advised there would be a 'admin' fee added to the sale price.

Collection of old bike and delivery of new was great, was told on phone by salesman I’d get a one year warranty but have received no details of this one month after delivery # update # received details of warranty today, many thanks Superbike Factory

Update: Still no response at all.

At the beginning my communications with SBF were ideal. Polite, reasonable and considerate. I felt like I was supported through the process rather than pushed in any direction.
I was happy with the deal and was impressed with my dealings with the company... until the handover. Then the mood changed. The agreed price changed, the bike that was delivered had issues. Then my communication with SBF was ignored. Please do not buy a bike from this dealer. I have learnt my lesson.

They were professional and courteous. As apologetic as needed at times due to technical difficulties but, at the end of the day, I am happy with my purchase.

I would say that they need to brush up on last minute checks as I had to stop at a petrol station to put air in my tyres as I had a warning light on my GS stating they were well under pressure.

All in all, I am happy with the service and hope they improve the last minute checks and the waiting times for calls.

I hope this company doesn't fall like alot have over the last couple of years. We need places like this to keep biking alive, regardless of short comings.

Having never sold a vehicle before this was a very easy process. There was very simple instructions from we buy any bike, easy to follow and was pleased with the quotation for the motorbike.
The next stage was a motorbike inspector/purchaser that would come round and view the bike. Travis was exceptional - great customer service. He messaged and stated what time he would be coming round with plenty of notice and was very punctual. He is a really nice man and went out of his way to assist, support the customer. Throughout the whole process this was exceptional service form we buy any bike and particularly Travis motorbike inspector/purchaser.
