Myself and three friends rode over from Preston to Superbike Factory in Bradford to have a look around the bikes for sale, and what an experience it turned out to be.

We were welcomed in by Phil, a genuinely lovely chap who took the time to explain what bikes they had and where everything was. We were even invited to help ourselves to tea or coffee in the kitchen, which was a really nice touch. The whole atmosphere was relaxed — no pushy sales tactics at all, just polite, approachable staff.

After spending over an hour browsing, we thanked Phil and were about to head home when one of my friends noticed a large amount of oil under my bike. On closer inspection, it turned out the oil filter was loose and I had lost a significant amount of oil.

I went back inside to see if I could buy some oil, but unfortunately there wasn’t any suitable for my bike on the shelf, and the store was just about to close. Phil didn’t hesitate — he took me over to their workshop where I met Adam Griffiths.

Adam was an absolute lifesaver. He immediately came out, checked the bike, and confirmed there was virtually no oil left. He wheeled the bike into the garage, put it up on the ramp, and showed me just how loose the filter was — likely from a recent service where it hadn’t been fitted correctly. He even said I was extremely lucky, as another mile and the engine could have been completely destroyed.

Despite it being closing time, Adam cleaned everything up, tightened the filter, refilled the oil, and thoroughly checked for any leaks before starting the bike again to make sure everything was running perfectly.

I honestly can’t thank Phil and Adam enough. That level of customer service — going above and beyond, especially at closing time — is rare to find these days.

I visited the superbike factory I. Bradford and despite being a whole store of many great bikes , a brushed aluminium bmw r nine t magnetised me too it , after a quick chat with Phil the sales executive, a great part ex was worked out . Free collection and delivery sorted 7 days later . New bike was mot’d and serviced before delivery and arrived spotless like a brand new bike . Very impressive service and I highly recommend Phil and superbike factory

The seller Jamie was great, but the overall experience with SBF wasn’t great. The phone lines for every type of options were blocked, I was on hold several times for over an hour, and then got cut off. No call back offered. You need to check QR codes to see prices, but Bradford SBF has no WiFi and no phone reception, so not really a great concept. I also have a problem with the bike clutch, but since I can’t get hold of you, how do I report this?

The driver who collected the vehicle whose name was Goldie was a true professional. He was friendly and knowledgeable.It was his professionalism that made the deal possible.

Thanks to Superbike Bradford and especially Phil Bignall and his colleague who was there on Sunday 22nd Feb, they helped make my purchase a simple process as well as making a small adjustment to the bike to make me happy. Great experience, thanks

with out doubt the most amazing choice ov bikes to choose from, my purchase included a trade in, there was little to no problems there, payment was simple, and then delivery very good, from a very competent bloke, only thing i was a bit agreeved at was contacting , your initial contact, i realise now it’s big areas full ov bikes but waiting for your call to be answered was a bain !,! if only for a small question to b answered, but all in all my purchase was well good, and have got a great bike, thanks gavin, thanks lads. I was kept updated with regard to the status of my bike and the agreed pick up was met. Had a very minor oversight, which Jamie resolved quickly.

I bought from SuperBike Factory before and again this experience was very easy, Jordan sorted my part ex, finance for the new bike and Goldie delivered it today, great guy took his time, very professional and a very friendly fella.

Jamie smith from Bradford store was very helpful with helping me choose my bike i’m with getting everything sorted to pick it up hopefully next week and he was very nice to talk to

Another Bike purchased from Superbike factory usually Only deal with Macclesfield branch Always been good there.Recently purchased my new toy from the Bradford Branch Good Selection of Bikes staff seemed nice enough.mega happy with the Bike Always been a dream to own the ninja H2 sx se.Now Here's the Bad point And I will say this Again U need to be overseeing The Technicians Yet Again.They have Tightened the motorbike Chain that Tight there is no free play at all I'm an engineer and for me this could of been a 9k bike been smashed to bits due to this.Sbf please stop these technicians from being loose on these bikes it's happened once at Macclesfield now Bradford branch.Always happy with everything else but Ur mechanical department yet again failed the company.Hence why I would never get a service done there if U would like photos and a video I'd be more than happy to send over.

Like is a nice guy , easy to get on with , just hope it's in the condition that I've been told as bought it blind .
