Excellent Service. Superbike Factory are Super quick with no messing around. They’re very professional. The showroom is well stocked with all types of bikes. The staff are relaxed and let you walk around and look at the bikes without pressurising you. When I did want to talk about the one I was interested the salesman Joe was friendly and knowledgeable. The subsequent process to prep the bike and arrange payment was efficient and the on line tool was good for keeping up with progress. Overall a good experience.

Horrific expierence, customer service doesn't exist
Horrific expierence. Good luck getting through to them on any of their phone numbers or the trade phone number. Shocking that a business is uncontactable and don't respond to a call back at all.
Absolutely take your money elsewhere, they clearly don't want it.
