The showroom is well stocked with all types of bikes. The staff are relaxed and let you walk around and look at the bikes without pressurising you. When I did want to talk about the one I was interested the salesman Joe was friendly and knowledgeable. The subsequent process to prep the bike and arrange payment was efficient and the on line tool was good for keeping up with progress. Overall a good experience.
