Excellent service. The engineer called me the day before my appointment and gave me a time slot. He arrived exactly on time, was very knowledgeable, prompt and tidy. Great service and reasonably priced.

On time, knowledgeable and replaced the oven element in a very timely manner. I would recommend to anyone with an Electrolux Oven, they probably repair other products but easy, quick and a pleasant experience and the engineer wasn't a jobs worth

Got a fast appointment for my oven repair. Engineer attended at agreed time and carried out a test and temporary repair while replacement part was ordered. Replacement part fitted by same engineer within a week. Engineer was punctual, polite and knowledgeable. He ensured everything was left tidy. Would certainly use again.

Booked a repair online. They said they would conact me, however that was just to take the payment! Then when they did book in a date for the repair, no one turned up despite me taking the whole day off work and waiting in for the Engineer. I rang their customer service twice during this day to see if they could tell me what was happening, despite leaving two messages, no one replied. I have still heard nothing from them. No CUSTOMER SERVICE!

The repair to my dishwasher proved not to be straightforward, but the gentleman took his time and overcame the difficulties that confronted him. I now have a machine in full working order.

I telephoned repaircare to book an appointment because the Oven wasn't heating up...all was booked in + engineer on-call (even came a day earlier from scheduled appt.)

The engineer arrived on time. He diagnosed the thermostat as the cause of the problem. He replaced a new one and tested to make sure it's working as it should.

They didn’t fix the item and said it needed parts over the £250 spend limit.
They refunded £70 of the £145 charge, but it seems a very easy way to make £75 just to turn up, do an examination and tell you it’s not working !

Absolutely appalling service, and one very rude engineer. Our washing machine door latch broke, we have a newborn baby so needed a quick resolution, the engineer came out after 3 days and said it was not in stock the part needed but would call me later that day with an ETA. Did not hear from him for 3 weeks, we chased almost every day to the warranty firm who use repair care, who kept telling us ‘we would have an ETA back in 48 hours’… by the end of 3 weeks we asked for a replacement washing machine as it was getting ridiculous, following this investigation being raised with repair care the engineer phoned me accusing me of ignoring him for weeks and said he had been to our property twice - all outright lies!! I was absolutely appalled with how I was being spoken to and accused when all I’ve been trying to do is get this resolved for weeks, anyway the issue is still not resolved as he hung up on me and said he’ll have to check his schedule!!! Absolutely gobsmacked by this service, if I was his boss I would be going through his calls to see how he speaks to customers and he would no longer have a job! (Also I did ask him to take his boots off on his first visit but instead he trod mud through our new carpet, so yeah cheers for that aswell).

Engineers were friendly and completed the job perfectly. Nothing else to say, really.

Kylie, Havant Branch, was most courteous and helpful in dealing with the initial enquiry and subsequent repair of our Bosch Serie 4 Washing Machine. The engineer who actually did the work was brilliant and very quickly identified the faulty component and replaced it.He was very tidy and machine was put back ready to use in much shorter time than expected. Would strongly recommend Repaircare to anyone with a faulty electrical appliance.

Got quotes from a few companies found online. This was the best price and inclusive of parts (all others were higher and parts would have been additional cost). Date and time easily arranged, engineer was very efficient and courteous, and brought and replaced the broken parts. All done in under an hour. Excellent service. Highly recommended.
