Booked a repair online. They said they would conact me, however that was just to take the payment! Then when they did book in a date for the repair, no one turned up despite me taking the whole day off work and waiting in for the Engineer. I rang their customer service twice during this day to see if they could tell me what was happening, despite leaving two messages, no one replied. I have still heard nothing from them. No CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Service very poor while aboard the Ferry, staff unhelpful and not properly trained, especially on how to accept and process the online purchased food vouchers, both in the restaurant and bar. Also Ferry docked 35 minutes late, even though weather was fine. Lastly it took over an hour to unload a total of 9 cars on the upper deck!! Overall a lousy experience.
