Dishwasher repair
The repair was carried out quicker than expected and the repair guy was pleasant and considerate. Considering that the job involved a second visit to fit new parts, the fact that I wasn't charged anymore than the upfront flat rate fee, made it very good value. I will not hesitate to use this service again.
Absolutely garbage
Absolutely garbage. 4 visits, 4 days off work as engineer will only give a 8am-6pm time… still not fixed problem. Engineer just says he can see a fault but hasn’t ever seen the fault we have… Company just keep sending same engineer who just closes down the job saying it’s finished as he has no idea what the problem is so we just go in circles…. Absolutely useless
Excellent value, especially for more complex repairs
When the dishwasher packed in, we dreaded the repair process. Did a bit of research and was quite confident of the issue. Just the part was the same price we paid for the service + part from repaircare, with the bonus of knowing it was a fixed price. The guy was excellent and they even came round a few days earlier than we booked. Would use again for sure.
I booked this repair for my Delonghi…
I booked this repair for my Delonghi oven as the date committed to by the supplier was the one I needed. I paid my £145.00 automatically and then subsequently found out that they could not meet the date of the 19th (so no oven then). I asked for my money back and was told it would take four days so my choice was limited. The new date was booked for 23.02.26 - guess what? you guessed right no update, no engineer and no repair. My £145.00 however is still in repaircare's bank account. So? I've now sourced the part myself for the princely sum of £21.00 + postage and just hope it is the correct one? In short, they have your money and that is where the story ends. Its the same old, same old contracted out to one company and another so you lose track and have zero idea who your contract is actually with. In fairness the ladies employed to soothe your complaints are lovely, but that's it. This is simply (in my case anyway) just we have your money now you will do what we say.... Time for a re-think Repaircare.

David Barwick came a few days early, much appreciated, and worked efficiently to repair the problem with my oven. He was was efficient, friendly, and altogether very satisfactory.

Date of Engineers visit change was a bit of a pain, nevertheless, when that was sorted, a slick and quick visit to repair double oven was carried out. Engineer very pleasant and well done, will use again. Only problem now which has been brought to our attention we need to clean our oven 🤣

The gas engineer knew within minutes of inspecting my gas hob what the problem was and was able to resolve matters quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend Repaircare.co.uk!

Great service, arranged a visit within a few days, engineer found the fault (Rangemaster induction hob failure). Ordered part and was back same week to fit and test it all. Very happy. Would recommend as easy process, convenient and security of known cost. Thanks.
Worst repair experience- twice
This has been, without exaggeration, the worst repair service experience we’ve ever had.
Our washing machine broke down in December. It took three weeks just to get the first engineer visit. Less than a month later, the machine broke again.
An engineer then attended and told us the issue was with the belt, which needed to be ordered. We waited another couple of weeks for a follow-up visit, only for the engineer to say—after over an hour in our home—that the belt was not the problem at all.
During this visit, the engineer dismantled our washing machine door, put it back incorrectly, and also damaged our floor. The machine is still not fixed.
On top of all this, we have spent over six hours trying to contact customer support, with no meaningful resolution.
Delays, misdiagnosis, poor workmanship, property damage, and a complete lack of accountability. We have now lost all confidence in this service and are seeking a full reimbursement.
I would strongly advise anyone considering this service to look elsewhere
