Got a fast appointment for my oven repair. Engineer attended at agreed time and carried out a test and temporary repair while replacement part was ordered. Replacement part fitted by same engineer within a week. Engineer was punctual, polite and knowledgeable. He ensured everything was left tidy. Would certainly use again.

Tried this Fife based rum after the virtual Scottish Rum festival and loved it.
Placed an order on 31 July, got immediate response on a Facebook post offering to deliver as it was local. Rum delivered this morning. Can’t ask for a better service. Thanks.

one of my items was broken on arrival, the packaging was very bashed and wet, I was not in when this was delivered and it was left at my back door in the rain.

I have been a long time user of other flower companies, but was looking for a company to deliver on a Sunday. Ordered via the website, prices were on a par with other companies, and no issues with the ordering process.
Text communications were great, even down to an hour delivery slot on the day.
Driver delivered bang on time, and box was undamaged.
Only slight issue, was the card had fallen off and become waterlogged, but the flowers themselves were excellent.
I would not hesitate in using the company again.
