Adam was great help and very professional.

A bit too smooth for their own good. Promised thta a repair was possible, paid £80 for an "engineer" to visit to repair and he said it was beyond repair. (he was with us for half an hour.)

The trader (JWP Domestic Appliance Services) supplied via Go Assist was unreliable and untrustworthy. Very quick to condemn the appliance (which with what I know now, I do not rate his competence). On his visit, he said he could help with another appliance issue, took my money for the part and has been a nightmare since. He did not fix the part and did not return my money. I totally regret contacting Go Assist in the first place.

Thank you Tony C. Engineer. Very efficient, tidy and quick job. We’re really happy to have our oven grill is back to its best working state.

Adam is a very good salesman. He gave me every option that was available unfortunately I don't like having things monthly and refused the offers . eventually I got just what I wanted which was somebody to come and look at my fridge freezer.£149 paid in advance so I am hoping that it will be worth the money.

I originally waited in for the advised time slot of 8–11, which was then changed at the last minute to 11–2. Unfortunately, I had already made commitments to be out of the house during that revised time. When I called to explain, I was told I would still be charged if I wasn’t present. I’m very unhappy with how this situation has been handled and the level of service provided.

I’ve updated my review from 1 to 5 stars in light of the efforts made to address the misunderstanding and compensate me for my time. The team were helpful, responsive, and understanding throughout, and I have no complaints about their service. While there was an issue earlier on, it’s clear it was an honest mistake and has now been fully resolved.
