The engineer was very thorough, identified the problem, and suggested a solution which he then carried out, he then tested that all areas of the cooker were working correctly before leaving

We were told our cooker could not be mended because of its age, even though the problem was very small. Repaircare saved us a great deal of money by fixing it in good time. Repaircare can be contacted on line or by phone (which is great as we are older people). Thank you

Great to see it is worth trying to repair instead of disposing based on the reasonable fixed charge but it took a week for the work to be completed and communication was poor as we had to chase progress.

In short, without relaying the full ins and outs of the frankly farcical experience, I regret taking out a repair plan and dread ever having to contact them again. It took a month for them to finally repair my washer. With the cost of the plan, the cost to use a laundrette several times, while my washer was out of action, unnecessarily missing time off work due to them missing prerarranged appointments, plus turning down work to be in when they do turn up, I could have purchased a new one and saved myself the hassle. Would not recommend and would not purchase a plan again. Completely disorganised and unprofessional.

Absolute rip off. Be very careful of their call out charge that is well hidden in their T&C. £75 for a call out to come and do nothing.

Terrible customer service - Engineer attended on given date, advised a fan assembly was required and they would rebook to complete install - 5 weeks later, no repair, no update - DONT BOTHER

Although the organisation of date was a but strange the company who came to replace our oven door were fast, reliable and came with all of the right parts. They even cleaned up and were very friendly too. The price was reasonable as well. Thanks!
