Would never go with them again. I paid £125 for a repair after saying online the repair would be guaranteed and because they couldn’t do it they kept £75 and sent me £50 back! Go elsewhere

Absolute crooks
Absolute crooks!
Engineer came and said he needed a part. Never heard from him again. Won’t answer calls, or emails but messages show read.
The company gave the token delaying excuses but have also stopped responding.
Had to charge back through the bank after three weeks!!

repair care fixed my cooker. The whole process from booking to fix was smooth and easy. Repairman turned up on time and was quickly able to diagnose problem and fix the issue.

Nobody is answering the phone
I did use this company before and had no issue but this time, I need a repair for a MIELE washing machine & have to call for the booking to ask a specific question. After more than 3mins of usual faff by a machine, I finally get a chance to be on the line for talking to a real human. Well, I waited and waited and didn't get anybody to pick up the phone. I hung up and will find someone else to do the job. Very poor customer service, shame as they used to be good.

Overcharged for a call out and spare parts that weren’t required.
Technician came out to review a NEFF oven which he partially fixed and stated two other items needed replacing but would need to be ordered and I would receive a phone call. I did not receive a phone call so contacted repair care to advise them that I wished to cancel. I was advised at the time this was fine. The neff technician came and said there was nothing wrong with the oven. I have now received a phone call from repair care stating they will be charging me for a call out. I strongly advise not using this company.

Pretty sure it's all a scam
Pretty sure it's all a scam. Or at least some of the companies they work with. I've been told our parts are on backorder with no ETA. However I've found the parts readily available online for next day delivery. The engineer spent all of 5 minutes in our house. Their website implies that they would be able to carry out repairs on the same day. If you read the fine print they say they reserve the right not to carry out the repair if they cannot source parts in 6 weeks. Call me cynical but seems like a very good money making scheme to do 5 minutes appts and then never repair things...

No show cowboys!
Had a fault with my extractor hood. I made payment for a repair visit on 16/12 to attend 18/12. It's now the 27th and still no visit. They keep making excuses and saying they will get back within 24hrs. Do not waste your time and money with these cowboys. Find a local repair guy.

Cannot fault anything about the entire experience from booking to the repair itself.
Ian the engineer was brilliant, phoning twice before his visit to check the fault and to confirm the parts had arrived.

I had a great experience with Repair Care
I had a great experience with this oven repair service. I was booked in with a clear date and time slot, and the engineer called on the day to confirm his arrival time. He had one part with him and ordered the other, returning the following week to complete the job. Quick, efficient, and very professional. I would definitely recommend them.

Booked in through Repair Care 3rd…
Booked in through Repair Care 3rd December. Waited in all day engineer never arrived. No courtesy call or text. Called repair care was told engineer would now be round 10th (Was told the engineers van had broken down). Waited in all day on 10th called service and sales, the guy on the phone was rude and uninterested. Told me their managers dealing with it. Yet again no one turned up. I have been told parts have been ordered by repair care (the cooker hasn’t been diagnosed). Two weeks later I’ve still not heard from either company and my house gas is still isolated. Avoid them.
