I was preparing for major surgery. The pillow raiser arrived on time, was easily assembled by my husband and has enabled me to get myself out of bed unaided (allowing said husband to sleep!) It has been a godsend and was in use for 2 months. When I begin chemotherapy, I intend to bring it back into use.
