I came in looking to swap my car and was helped straight away, Jake was dealing with my car and he was great. He
kept me up to date with what was happening and sorted everything out for me. Really appreciated.

On Saturday 13th September, we drove from South Shields to Evans Halshaw Durham after seeing a reasonably priced Dacia on Autotrader. We hadn’t made an appointment as we were just starting to look around, but we were guided to Lewis Anderson, Sales Executive, who provided all the relevant information and accompanied us on a test drive. It was clear that Lewis was extremely knowledgeable and fully aware of the information we required.

We decided to buy the Dacia, along with the 2-year warranty, and we are planning to opt for the 2-year service and MOT bundle.

What I particularly liked about Lewis Anderson:
a) Great communication via email and phone, always prompt and clear
b) Extremely knowledgeable, explaining everything clearly without a high-pressure sales pitch
c) Personalized approach, tailoring advice, and recommendations to our specific needs
d) Honest and trustworthy, giving clear answers and not pushing unnecessary extras

On Monday 15th September, we were met by Lewis to finalise everything prior to collecting the car.

It was fantastic to have such a smooth and positive experience at Evans Halshaw Durham. Buying a car has rarely been this enjoyable in the past.

We bought our 4 car from Evan halshaw, great service and Jake was fantastic at Durham branch.

Had test drive of the new Dacia Bigster at Evans Halshaw, Durham after being referred there from the Dacia website. I was contacted by a member of the team within a 30 minutes of the submission and an appointment made with Lewis Anderson, Sales Executive from branch for a test drive a few days later. Lewis made contact with me the day before the vets drive and fully explained the process.
On arrival on the day I was met by Lewis and was given a full overview of the car as well as other models and options that might suit my needs. I was accompanied by Lewis on the test drive and it was clear that he was extremely knowledgable and fully aware of the options available in the various Dacia models that I was considering.
Following the test drive I received a follow up call from Lewis later in the week who provided me up to date models that were available. I'm in no doubt that once I decide on which model to go for I will be back in touch with Lewis at the Durham Branch as I found him to be both approachable and professional throughout and a credit to the company.

Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish. This is my second new car from this branch, and I highly recommend them. Lewis in Sales was fantastic!

I attended Evan halshaw at Durham with my mam, we met a lovely man called Marc, he talked to us and showed us round the vehicle we were looking at, when we decided to buy the car, he took us through everything, when we picked the car up he was very good, he offered us a drink soon as we sat at his desk, he was polite and he wasn’t pushing us in to making a decision or trying to get us to buy the car we made the decision ourselves, I would definitely recommend anyone to go and speak to Marc if you looking for help or interest in buying a car. Withholding my deposit there policy states 3/5 day refund it’s been 17 days now with no deposit because I got a better deal elsewhere they think it’s ok to hold my money this is theft

After visiting other car dealers with a view to buying a specific car and the same specification I had viewed online I had little success. Others tried to help, albeit sometimes miss the point and show you different alternatives not factor in the importance of the customer request. However, at Evans halshaw Josh's customer care and understanding was extremely helpful.

Brilliant experience from start to finish. I've purchased a Dacia in the past from here so when ee decided to upgrade we new where to go. Josh Wilkinson helped us all the way the was through and was really helpful in finding an affordable bigger family car.

Just bought a nearly new Dacia Duster from Evans Halshaw, Durham and must compliment them on the excellent service I received from their professional and friendly staff. Went to see the car I bought on one day, had a test drive, did the deal and drove away the following day. All the paperwork was expedited electronically and suffice to say I am well pleased with the vehicle I bought. Special mention must go to Jake Mason who sold me the car for going the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the deal.
