Great company with lovely showroom, knowledgeable and helpful staff (Troy Ragona especially) offered sound advice but was not pushy. Back up service kept me informed and custom made sofa was ready before expected. Delivery was on time and delivery men were quick, efficient and courteous, and respectful of my home. The sofa & chair were beyond my high expectations, absolutely gorgeous and soooo comfortable. I could not be happier!

We called in today to buy a table and bench and also ended up ordering a sofa. Samantha was very helpful and informative.

Came across this store going to Hardcastle Craggs last week and on the way back decided to pop in and see if they had a corner unit which I've been looking for, for ages.
Not only did they have the corner unit, but a lamp table, sideboard, and dining room table and chairs.
Laura was lovely and couldn't have been more helpful. For nearly a week I've sent her email after email and she replied to every single one. Today we've been in to see Laura and placed the order.
I'm so glad we found this store and although it's over an hours drive from where we live we will definitely be using them again.
It's nice to shop in a relaxed atmosphere with no pushy salesperson.

Found the store during a day out. Looked in to see if they had any sofa-beds. Samantha showed all the models that they had in stock, was happy for us to try both the sofa and the bed options of each. Demonstrated a good knowledge of the options, such as different mattresses, materials and finishes. Absolutely No Pressure, just help and guidance. Would be happy to purchase again from Samantha.

After a few minutes' general look around the showroom, Troy approached to see if he could help. He could indeed!
We quickly found a sofa that suited us, and discovered that the sophisticated powered recliner was available for the same price as a simple manual. Sold!
We were helped with numerous questions, and carefully advised of various pros and cons of our choices, and what to expect around manufacture and delivery.
I'm in no doubt that the rest of the process will be equally smooth.

Looking for a new sofa so chose this company as they are well established.
Walked around the store under no pressure and there was plenty of choice.
Spoke to Troy, who was very helpful with his knowledge and advice.
Found a sofa we liked at a good price and for material samples to be sent to us.
We went a few days to finalise our order with Troy and now looking forward to getting our new sofa.

Our first time in Russell Dean was about 3 weeks ago and we were made to feel very welcome by Troy, even though we had 2 very young children with us, he was patient and calm and definitely delivered service with a smile. He dealt with our purchase from start to finish and his customer service was second to none. He explained everything thoroughly and all options available to us. He was that good we’ve actually just been back and purchased our sofas with him. We would highly recommend Russell Dean as the pieces in here are beautiful and customer service from Troy was 10/10. On arrival at Russell Dean we were greeted by Troy Ragona who went above and beyond to help us choose the right furniture we needed.
He explained everything so clearly to us and even remembered us when we called back 3 months later for more furniture.

On the first visit to Russell Dean after visiting numerous other furniture shops it was clear that we would be getting our sofa from here. We were allowed to look around without being forced into listening to a salesperson try and persuade us why we should buy one.

Once we became unstuck on finding something we liked, this is where Troy comes into it. We explained what style, colour and size we would need for our new home and Troy showed us a couch which we immediately knew we were going to be buying. Troy explained everything about the couch and what styles we could have I.e. scatter cushions, zipped on backs etc. He then allowed us to choose an array of swatches so we could come back at a later date with a colour, fabric and foot colour we would like.

These have now been ordered and Troy has been fantastic throughout, just enough contact to know where we are upto but not overbearing, we are looking forward to receiving the sofas.

I would definitely return here to purchase furniture in the future.

Laura was excellent, super helpful and not pushy. She knew the product range well, listened and explained everything very clearly and also did not rush us. The website has been great for prior research but nothing beats testing out your new sofa in person, in the beautiful showroom. Thanks for the cups of tea too Laura :)
