We recently purchased some garden furniture from the store. The whole process from placing our order with Scott to the wonderful delivery team was excellent. We were kept informed throughout. Highly recommend Annetts

My experience from when ordering my furniture,and staff keeping me informed when furniture will be delivered to the staff who delivered it was excellent.
I would recommend Annette for furniture and for looking after you from the time you buy and delivery.

I loved the fact that was no pressure from sales staff, we were free to wander for as long as we needed and asked lots of questions when we had picked our sofas. The sales person we dealt with was Gareth Morgan and he was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable about the product. Once the deposit was paid we were contacted often to let us know how the manufacturing was going and they were ready before we were so they kindly stored them for us until we were able to receive them. The delivery team were great, everything was done quickly and they were very polite. We have bought from Annetts before and have always had a great experience with them so did not hesitate to go to them when we needed more furniture. Overall, a good experience from start to finish.

The staff in the store and the delivery were all fantastic, helpful, knew their stuff and made the whole purchase experience great, you dont get that online. Step ito a proper showroom with really good pepople to help and advise, will go back again for more furniture.

Harry in the shop was fabulous when we went to look at the item we purchased, nothing was too much trouble for him.
Karl and Mike who delivered went above and beyond for me. They were so polite. Made sure I was happy with everything, even covered the patio set over for me because I’m unable to lift or stretch let alone fight with a winter cover (just had an op) These 3 men really are assets to Annetts. Thanks guys!

This was our second purchase from Annetts, we were happy to return because we had such a positive experience the first time. Once again we were delighted. We were helped by Damian who is not at all pushy. He just listens and helps you focus on what you want, in order to narrow down the many options available in store. We were then lent a generous amount of swathes to test our thoughts in the room where our furniture will be installed. Once we had made our decision Damian checked on-line prices to ensure Annetts follow the same policy as a well known department store! so we were pleasently surprised by our final cost. We have a clear idea about delivery dates and I am happy to write the review before the furniture is delivered because I am sure we will be kept informed of any changes to schedule and delivery will be handeled smoothly.

Wonderful shop, the man that served us Scott Owen was so very helpful, knew the product, not too pushy, like some of the outlets we visited that day. A very good salesman that was one of the reasons and of course the quality of the product we purchased from Annetts.

There was no salesman chasing you round the fabulously stocked store. You were left alone to peruse the different furniture items. Once I'd decided what I wanted, I then spoke with Damian Minchin, who took me through the fabric choices for the sofa and chair I'd decided on. The whole ordering process was painless and this included having my old sofa and chair taken away (another Annetts purchase by the way). My furniture arrived earlier than expected and was delivered on a very rainy day, but my new items were carried in, all covered up. Feet put on, including felt pads to protect my wooden floor, new cushions plumped and the jobs done, painless.

Excellent service as always. A great choice of mattresses and lots of help and advice.

Having bought from Annetts for many years it was my first choice when looking to upgrade our bed to a super king. The choice in the store was quite overwhelming and we weren’t sure where to start until Damian came over to help. I explained we currently had a tempur bed (also bought from Annetts) which we loved, but just couldn’t afford to upgrade it to a super king, so were looking for alternatives. Damian narrowed the choice down to 3 and left us to try them out. Decision made and bed bought, the whole process was stress free. We were kept informed at all stages and were able to select a delivery date and time to suit us. Had the bed for a couple of weeks now and absolutely love it. Also a great bonus that delivery is free, the bed was put together for us and all packaging taken away.

We have purchased furniture from Annetts in Hereford for many years and have never failed to be impressed by the quality of their products, customer care, delivery and installation arrangements. Why would we even dream of going anywhere else?

If you are looking to buy a new sofa or other item of furniture I'd highly recommend you visit Annett's long-established massive showroom in Hereford - the choice is huge, many pieces are UK-made and of real quality and I was relieved to know that delivery times of many items are shorter than I've found elsewhere. The customer service is second to none, extremely knowledgeable and not at all pushy. Being somewhat traumatised by making a wrong choice previously, the considerate, no-pressure approach I found there took all the stress out of what to many of us is a major purchase and considerable investment. Shout out to Harry - your patience was much appreciated!

The whole experience was easy, supportive and straightforward. A very knowledgeable and helpful sales assistant who gave a personal service without being pushy. We were kept updated with delivery dates and times. The delivery team were brilliant and the care taken with the chairs was exceptional.
