My Wife and I had been to a couple of furniture shops looking for a Stressless reclining chair. In comparison to these establishments Russell Dean was a refreshing change. The store is huge and has a great range of suppliers. All this is great but the main difference was the knowledge of Troy one of their sales staff. Really knew his stuff and as a result I ended up with a different recliner from the one I thought I wanted. Troy’s knowledge meant I found a better more comfortable recliner from the one I thought I would get. So good was Troy at what he does, we also bought a new sofa! Not pushy, good questioning skills and didn’t have to keep finding things out like other staff we encountered elsewhere. Thanks Troy for looking after us. PS we will give the sausage dog you let us have a good home!

We have bought a few furniture items from Russell Dean over the last few years - two sofas, a Stressless chair, and a dining table and chairs. Our most recent purchase a couple of weeks ago was a new king size mattress.

Troy, one of the sales assistants has helped us with a couple of our purchases, including the most recent.

He has always been helpful and informative, and given us a good deal.

We like Russell Dean because the furniture they sell is good quality, made to last, and the service we have reduced from Troy is excellent - friendly, professional, helpful, informative, not intrusive or overbearing, and polite.

We visited Russell Dean on Saturday to get some ideas for a new sofa. We were very impressed with the showroom and the choice available. We were able to look without any sales pressure, but Samantha let us know that she was available if we needed any help. Our experience was so good that we returned on Sunday and ordered a sofa! We again received excellent service from Samantha who was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We never thought that we’d have such an enjoyable and positive experience buying a sofa. Thank you so much.

Very well set out furniture with staff available but allowing the customer to browse without any pressure. When I needed help a member of staff Ronan Carter, came over and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Willing to bring over lots of samples to aid my choices and then happy to order samples for me to match up to existing furniture. Made choosing my furniture a very pleasant experience. A very friendly and professional approach. Looking forward to the delivery which is at present on track to arrive on schedule.

The staff are lovely and very helpful , Ronan felt with us on our purchase of our sofas wat a lovely lad explained everything would definitely recommend some lovely furniture 😊

I can’t say enough good things about this store! I just purchased a bed and mattress from them, and the entire experience was fantastic. Laura went above and beyond—they stayed open a bit later just to make sure I was taken care of. Their customer service was warm, attentive, and so professional. Fantastic service by Ronan. We came into the store twice looking for sofas and Ronan was there both times. He was super helpful, courteous and made us feel we could take time to make decisions. He was proactive in giving information and made us feel very welcome. Definitely an asset to the sales department.

Attended the store today to purchase a Havana armchair. Although we new exactly what we wanted, we were attend to by Ronan, who was so helpful, and efficient and professional, explained everything clearly. Excellent customer experience.

Troy was a very knowledgable and very patient salesman who never made us feel under pressure to buy. We did buy eventually and are very much looking forward to receiving our new furniture.

We visited Russell Dean again last week, to select a new sofa with reclining function. With endless patience Laura assisted us in narrowing our list down and eventually making our choice of model and cover.
On returning home we realised there was an anomaly on the calculation of the price/discount.
We rang Laura, who double checked and agreed there was an anomaly, and would we mind if she held the order back until she was able to check it out fully.
On receipt of her call back, Laura was able to offer us the specifications and price which was correct.
She apologised for the discrepancy in the system, which is under review, and correction, to ensure it doesn't reoccur.
During this time I have been trawling the on line offers of the same sofa in the UK, and have realised that Russell Dean (Stoker's Group) whilst offering the best of showroom experience and advice, are without doubt the best priced retailer, making their "never beaten" pricing structure genuine, and up front. Not something which has to be requested or negotiated. Plus of course free delivery within 50 miles.
I did find one other retailer who appeared to have the same faulty algorithm in their pricing structure for the same sofa.
So it is refreshing to realise in this world of false claims and false discounts, that Russell Dean offers quality furnishings and carpet at genuinely the best price straight up, no problem, no hassle.
We now look forward to the delivery of our sofa in a few weeks.

Recently ordered some G plan furniture from Russell dean at Mytholmroyd. Troy has been very helpful. He organised a home visit to see if the furniture would fit through my door before they took the order. Also helped to get some fabric samples for us. So far very pleased with the service. Will check back in when the process is complete. 🙂👍

Having loads of problems with my back due to sciatica problems, Ronan gave the correct recommendations for buying the perfect mattress, he was very knowledgeable and made sure my experience of buying the correct mattress was easy. Many thanks for all your help Ronan 🙂

Visited Russell Dean Furniture in Mytholmroyd looking to purchase a sofa and chairs. Was greeted by Laura who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs.

We found a sofa we liked but I needed a petite chair to accommodate my short legs!

She showed us a number in store and then suggested that as we had chosen a sofa which was manufactured locality by Vale-Bridgecraft we should visit their showroom (2 minute walk away) as they had some additional petite chairs.

Laura even rang Vale-Bridgecraft to explain our requirements. Found exactly the chairs I needed, they could be upholstered in the same fabrics as the sofa and even the chair legs could be stained to the same colour. Customer Service at Vale Bridgecraft was excellent as well.

I have never experienced such impressive customer service. Laura couldn't have been more helpful, attentive but no hard sell just really informative advice. Went through ever detail of the order and provided a copy and then this was confirmed via email the next day.

Laura made Russell Dean Furniture the most customer focused company I have ever bought from and made the whole experience a pleasure. Thank you Laura for going above and beyond.

Had a great experience with Ronan, so knowledgeable and experienced and very easy to chat to, asked him lots of stupid questions and he put my mind at rest. Bought a sofa and two chairs following his advice. Would highly recommend and will definitely shop here again.

There was a wide choice of sofas which was great for us having struggled elsewhere.
