Ordered swatches back in March and decided on an Alfredo sofa for a space still under construction. It has taken a while... but Charlotte kindly stayed in touch until our visit on Saturday to view the range and finally try the sofa out for comfort.
It was great to find that the sofa lived up to expectations - as comfortable as it is stylish, as well as being very reasonably priced - and it was a bonus to meet Charlotte, who was there in person to guide us through the best aftercare to extend the life of the fabric and the sofa itself. Now looking forward to our chosen sofa arriving in a few weeks!
With free parking and masses of display space we were impressed by the range and choice at Russell Dean but it's the customer care and the personal touch that made all the difference to us.
Would definitely recommend. A gem.

The whole shopping experience at Russell Dean is second to none. The place is spacious, well set up with plenty of light. Right from the moment we entered the store we were welcomed without being hassled. Buying an electric care recliner chair was a daunting experience for my 84 year old mother. However she was made to feel really at ease by Mark H who talked her gently through all the options but gave her space and time to think things through unrushed. Delivery was sorted without any trouble. Due to the excellence of the first visit, she went back to buy a new divan bed and warmly welcomed back by Mark H who remembered conversations with her from the last time. A really personal service . Our furniture shop of choice now for all future purchases.

We have just bought a dining table and chairs and we were very happy with the advice and support from Mark Huntington.
We visited last week, intending to buy one set, but saw another in a different but equally contemporary style. Mark was very knowledgeable and talked us through the options. The price seems competitive with the bigger, retail park stores, but the service is more personal and the products are excellent quality.
The showroom and ease of parking, free coffee, etc, are all plus points.
We will probably be back to look at other products.

Wonderful shop full of beautiful furniture at excellent prices. They have a great range of everything you could need to furnish your home and the staff are very helpful and friendly, as are the delivery team. I’d particularly like to call out Troy Ragona, who has been extremely helpful every time I’ve visited.
The only issue I have with this shop is that everything is lovely, so it’s hard to resist buying more!

After visiting various furniture stores in the area,my wife and I went to Russell Dean in Mytholmroyd looking for a new suite. We were welcomed by Laura who gave us all the time we needed in choosing our suite. She is very knowledgeable and helped us immensely by explaining all the aspects of caring for the furniture, how and where it is made, sorting obtaining different colour swatches to help on deciding the colour we wanted and the icing on the cake was the free upgrade from manual to power on the recliners. Just waiting now for it to be delivered. Thanks Laura, you're a star.

But as soon as we got to Russell Dean in Mytholmroyd both Samantha and mark were very helpful and attentive

I first met Troy on the 6th June when I was just browsing with my mum and little girl, Troy was very knowledgeable and professional and helped with any questions, to a point where I came back the following day with my Husband and purchased our sofa. Troy spent ages with us advising and answering any questions we may have, he even gave us time to talk things over, never once pushed us for a sale or made us feel like he was “hanging” over us to cause us pressure. Troy went above and beyond from making me a lovely cuppa to going back to the computer thousands of times to come back with different quotes from static to power chairs in both leather and fabric to help us make the choice!

If I could give Troy more than 5 stars I would! He is a one in a million sales guy and an asset to Russell Dean

We recently visited Russell Dean to find a new sofa chair for my mum, and we were genuinely impressed by both the range of options available and the quality of the furniture. With Laura's help, we found a chair that was not only perfect for my mum’s needs but also of noticeably higher quality than similar (and more expensive) options we've seen from our usual retailers.

Laura was fantastic throughout—patient, knowledgeable, and never pushy. She really took the time to understand what we were looking for and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

Great company with lovely showroom, knowledgeable and helpful staff (Troy Ragona especially) offered sound advice but was not pushy. Back up service kept me informed and custom made sofa was ready before expected. Delivery was on time and delivery men were quick, efficient and courteous, and respectful of my home. The sofa & chair were beyond my high expectations, absolutely gorgeous and soooo comfortable. I could not be happier!
