Danny helped with all our questions and found the best fit sofa for the budget we were working with.

We have knowledge of the Himola furniture we were looking to buy. Upon searching for more information and reviews we came across Doorway to Value. We made enquries with them via Daniel Balcerzac. Danny was extremely knowledgeable and helpful answering all our questions and queries, and willingly gave us prices for different combinations and specifications over a number of days. (He was always helpful and very patient with our very very numerous questions! Thank you Danny!)
Hence we confidently placed our order with him without visiting the store!

We ordered a new corner sofa and chair with Darren Broadhurst, Doorway to Value in August. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. Darren kept in touch with progress on expected delivery. Delivery and assembly was very prompt - the two delivery guys were professional and friendly, despite it raining quite bad when they arrived. They respected our house and covered our carpets whilst they brought the sofa in. Excellent service all round and well pleased with our new sofa and chair.

Dawn was super helpful and really took the time to understand what we wanted. She was able to answer all our questions and was very knowledgeable about the vast choice of fabrics to fit our colour schemes. Dawn made our shopping experience very enjoyable.

Friendly staff, especially Karolina who served us. She went through the buying process very clearly and was good to deal with.

The service we received on our latest visit was exceptional. We came looking for new bedroom furniture along with a new bed and mattress.
Karolina was very helpful, she listened to what our needs were and advised accordingly. She was never pushy, she gave us a variety of different options, why and how they would or wouldn’t work. I would highly recommend the store and particularly Karolina, her knowledge was amazing!

Buying a new bed is never an easy exercise, but Karolina was really patient and helpful. She gave us all the information we needed and the various options, there are so many to choose from at Doorway to Value and all top quality.

We visited the store yesterday to look for lounge furniture. We are regular customers as we trust the products, the store and the staff.

We love the professionalism of the staff and in particular Jason who has built up a trusting relationship with us over several years and purchases. He has super product knowledge, gives us time to fully consider all information and never puts us under pressure to make a decision. Jason always goes the extra mile to help without being intrusive.

The staff whom Doorway to value employ are consistently good and know how to treat customers. Their after sales service is great too.

The store is very well laid out with high quality products. It is a joy to shop there and the we appreciate being able to spend time looking around, trying out the furniture and not having to avoid over enthusiastic sales staff who one after the other follow you around the shop.

Once again we are happy customers and cannot recommend Jason and the store highly enough.

Excellent customer service from Jason, he introduced himself & then let us wander around knowing he was there if needed. We couldn’t decide on a colour so he suggested we took the book of swatches home to check the colour in different lights. When we had decided he did the paperwork & explained the next steps. Excellent service from Doorway to Value as always.

We received prompt, polite and friendly service from Steve when ordering a riser, recliner chair for my husband, a dementia sufferer. He demonstrated the chairs and helped me to choose a cover to match my existing suite. We were not pressured in any way to complete an order but were happy to do so. In the past my family and I have always been satisfied with quality and price at Doorway to Value.

We had a fantastic experience buying our new sofa from Doorway to Value, and a huge thank you to Kelly Langton who looked after us. The showroom is extensive, but the atmosphere is completely relaxed, allowing us to browse entirely at our own pace. Kelly was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and highly knowledgeable without being even slightly pushy, which was exactly what we needed to keep my fussy brother happy! She answered all our practical questions with ease and made the whole ordering process remarkably smooth and straightforward. Everything is sorted, and we are looking forward to it being here in time for Christmas. A brilliant, high-quality family business that I would highly recommend to anyone.

Unbelievable experience at DtV in Chorley!
