Excellent service from paving direct. Delivery guy was really good. Got them as close to the house as he could. Ordered two pallets of mint sandstone slabs and a pallet of edging stones. Which look great. I think four had broken in transit. Which I expected a lot more would be damaged to be honest out of 40 sqm. But they are packed well in a heavy duty crate. The edging stones varied quite a bit in thickness. Which was a bit annoying. But I was using them as an edging on a raised patio. Which is not really what they are supposed to used for. But it all worked out well. Thick ones at the front, thinner ones behind. All in all, super happy. Will be ordering more

Company refused to deliver to site unless paid an extra £400. Company then ‘forgot’ to process the order meaning an extra 2 week wait for materials. Shambles. Would never use them again.

2 pallets of flags turned up contemporary gray we laid the first pallet but on opening the second they were a completely different colour. Rang several times and couldn’t get through eventually I got a response on email. Sent another pack of flags out and most of them were broke. As they use an independent courier it took about another week to collect the flags then sent out another 2 packs which again were a lot lighter so the customer who we were carrying out the job for told us to take up the flags originally laid which she wanted and put these flags down as she had had enough waiting. In my opinion I told the customer the flags in the first place seemed very expensive for what they were £50 per square metre All in all it cost me a lot of money and found it very difficult to get hold of anyone to rectify problems.

My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. Many of the slabs I received arrived broken or damaged, and getting a refund was unnecessarily difficult and time-consuming. The customer service was unhelpful and made the process far more stressful than it needed to be. Based on my experience, I would not use this company again and would urge others to be cautious before ordering.

Delighted with the colours and sizes, the slabs fitted together well. Issue with broken /damaged slabs, the situation was rectified quickly and all damages / broken slabs were replaced

We have been waiting a long time to find the right contractor to resurface our 500 metre drive and with Paving Direct we found them. The team of 9 guys with plant & equipment completed the work in 3 day. Amazing, so very pleased.

I ordered three samples, paid, then tried to order the one that was the most suitable… only to be told they were having difficulty sourcing the paving… and they were unlikely to get it in… so time and money wasted!

Ordered 2 Sandstone Paving Circles & 800 Sandstone Setts in March for my garden landscape. Price seemed very good, they arrived when & how they said they would & have had no issues with them since laid.
Did have some white patches appear on the larger circle within a week, but these are according to Google natural (salt?) & disappeared within a week or so.
Be careful to note smaller circles have less stones/layers in them.
Only the bigger ones have two layers of stones around the centre one. It is clearly listed, but easy to misunderstand looking at pic of larger circle.
