website too twitchy.The products look good with great imagery but I found the site difficult navigate around. Lets hope the plants when they arrive are as good as they look.

Unusable flags

When we opened the packs one had been clearly broken in transit. On close examination prior to laying five were found to have hairline cracks in them making them unsuitable for use.
Paving direct got back to me, assessed the problem, which was probably the courier rather than the product and gave me a no quibble refund straight away for the damaged flags. Great service really

Didn't want to look around just wanted documents to prove we had insulated. Waste of time.

Contacted property cert to get an EPC. Their agent turned up in time but had no intention of undertaking an inspection, he just wanted plans, architects documents or documentary proof we had insulated our home. He didn't want to look at the work that had been done he just wanted documents. He stayed 5 minutes, property cert refused a full refund because we didn't have the required documents so they kept £25 'call out fee' this is crazy, he could have clearly seen what we had done!

To fix my windscreen was a 50 mile…

To fix my windscreen was a 50 mile round trip to the nearest depot. The car went in working perfectly, apart from a cracked screen. Came out with a non working rain sensor system, which obviously you only notice when it rains.
so another 50 mile round trip and a totally unsympathetic call handle.

The delivery drive was incompetent and…

The delivery drive was incompetent and very rude. He couldn’t or speak much English but what he did speak was offensive.
He caused uproar on the street with his excited behaviour and three other households came out to see what the fuss was. The whole process was poor, very poor

I had home insurance with Halifax.

I had home insurance with Halifax.
We needed to claim (first time in 11 years) I claimed, they lost the notification after a couple of weeks handed the claim over to an agent. They had no interest whatsoever in either speaking to me or the claim. So after a month I gave up. I replaced the item myself, cancelled the claim and asked to complain. After a month customer services contacted me to apologise. I then cancelled the policy. Do not buy insurance with Halifax as it is worthless and they are totally useless.

Excellent site to sell

I priced my car realistically, within an hour it had 25 views and was sold the next day. Easy to place the add and a very easy company to deal with and good value.
Will use again, it always works well for me
