We brought some sandstone slabs from Nustone, but changed our mind to Porcelain, and these guys were amazing throughout, Vishal in particular was so helpful and couldn't do enough for us, I would 100 percent recommend them, as a company.
I would also say if you can, visit them to see the tiles laid out on the floor...it helped us greatly, with our decision. 😊

From ordering a few packs of Raj Green sandstone, the process was easy through their website. I had few queries prior to placing the order and spoke to a very pleasant helpful person who guided me through the process, comunication regarding delivery was second to none, thank you Pradeep for all your help. Unpacked the product, there were no damages.
So it's a thumps up from me and I will definitely use them in the future.

We purchased their outdoor planters, the first issue was paint peeling, after a lengthy exchange of emails they replaced these items that were less than 12 months old. Now the planters are falling apart, these were made out of a manmade material and fibre glass. We have gone back to Nustone who tell us that outdoor products are not guaranteed. These items are less than 12 months old. They state that their terms and conditions are on their website, somewhere. This company is not a reputable supplier.

Brought 2 crates of slabs, very easy to place order and delivery company rang several days later and were able to give me a choice of days to have delivered. No damaged slabs.

I strongly advise anyone considering using Nustone to avoid. After an extremely frustrating 3 months process awaiting a refund for slabs that they said were in stock and never came we have finally received the refund - but only after numerous calls, emails and weeks of waiting. Their communication was poor, and they did not respect the timeline. save yourself the stress and avoid this company at all costs.

Item arrive damaged, due to work commitments I was unable to open the pallet until a few weeks after delivery. 1 slab smashed another 4 slabs badly chipped on the face. Used them due to there reviews on social media, but my local supply is far better with customer satisfaction. Never again poor company
