I recently ordered patio slabs from this company for a new patio project. The slabs arrived on pallets, but when my builder unwrapped them, several were broken and completely unusable.

I contacted the supplier the same day to report the issue and requested a refund for the damaged slabs, as we had no choice but to source replacements locally in order to keep the project on schedule.

That was over four weeks ago, and I still have not received a refund.

Since then, I’ve been given repeated excuses. I was recently told that the refund had been processed and that proof would be sent, but this has not been provided, and no refund has appeared. My most recent email has also been ignored.

The slabs that weren’t broken are good but overall, this has been a very frustrating experience. While issues can happen, the lack of accountability, poor communication, and failure to resolve the problem in a timely manner is extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

This was my second visit to Sarah at Finesse for an anti wrinkle treatment. Sarah is lovely and very easy to talk to. She makes recommendations as to what might be the best treatment and also doesn’t hesitate to say if she feels a treatment is not appropriate.

The clinic is impeccably clean in private surroundings.
