Great experience easy ordering and fast delivery.

Trustworthy store with good communication throughout.

Absolutely disgraceful company. Had nothing but trouble from them. Ordered some slabs which came and turned out to be the wrong colour so emailed them and said I need replacements asap. They sent the replacements which were correct THIS TIME. Unfortunately I was forced to order some more from them as we didn’t have enough and they obviously all had to match. They got the colour wrong AGAIN so I rang them and said this needs sorting asap as it’s a bit of a joke it happening twice, I also said I want reimbursing for the builders wage I had to pay. They said they will look into reimbursing me and get some replacement slabs sent out in the morning. I got a delivery window of two hours which I told my builder, he arrived half an hour before the end of the window and the slabs still weren’t here. Conveniently half an hour later I received an email saying they’ve been delayed another 2 hours which is obviously super frustrating. By the time they finally came it was around 3pm so my builder couldn’t complete the job that day yet again. Another phone call and email later, they won’t reimburse me due to “abusive language” used on the phone. No abusive language was used towards anyone, unless expressing frustration is considered abusive nowadays. Companies like this will use any excuse not to compensate for their wrong doing and it’s just disgusting. Stay well away from this company and go elsewhere, where the staff will hopefully be competent enough to send out the correct order and be willing to compensate in a situation of their wrong doing.

I have been using the company for my porcelain and sandstone paving projects.. From ordering up until delivery they are always in contact with you to make sure it's going smoothly..
Also just received a gift box from them for using them for my projects for which I'm so grateful for... Can't fault them for anything and look forward to doing more business in the future

Just excellent service. Id shopped around quiet a few suppliers before coming across universal paving . I found them to be extremely helpful so I placed an order 56sqm delivery was prompt I was kept informed of the progress . They arrived well packed on 3 pallets each tile was individually wrapped with corner protection. Not one cracked or broken tile . Highly recommended excellent quality great price great communication 👏.

Was going to order our paving slabs from nustone but saw them cheaper from universal paving. First time ordering anything like this so never know what to expect. Some reviews were quite negative but thought I would try them. Fortunately there were no issues. Tiles were delivered quickly and all of the tiles have been individually packaged with edges having additional protection. So far the tiles appear undamaged. Just be aware that the delivery might be outsourced like ours was and it is purely kerbside delivery!! Overall though happy with the product and service.

The staff was helpful and helped me place the order over the phone. I requested for nominated day delivery and they were delivered the same day. I was kept well informed through out proceed. Would definitely buy again if opportunity comes.

Called up to place an order and was just messed around. Told me one thing called up again and it was told something completely different. Wouldn't recommend.

absolutely terrible ....universal? they took my address ... took my money ... they then informed me they could not deliver.?..they are supposed to be a large? company yet hold back money from my small company.....leaving me in limbo .....they are now behaving like petulant children making me wait ?... as i am a member of the stonemason and gardeners guild i will be letting fellow members of their crass attitude please fellow hard working builders/gardners....DO NOT USE THESE PETULENT CHILDREN they then charged me with a chargeback they lied...i got my bank halifax to confirm this horrible childish company

Purchased 4 pallets of porcelain slabs and setts recently…. All delivered on time and with great communication…. Highly recommend

Bought a Fossil mint patio pack. Photos and description on the website said there were fossilised leaves on some slabs. When delivered we had no fossilised leaves at all in the whole pack. Reply was just ‘it’s a natural product’ but we feel the website is misleading. Since this they have changed their website to say some patio packs may not contain any fossils. No reply to my second email. Very poor customer services.

I ordered some block paving sets and paid extra for a Saturday Delivery
Also I had a builder working doing the paving booked in for that day which he couldn't do the work but j still ahd to pay him £200 day rate which made me fuming
The delivery never arrived
I never received an email showing them having a unforeseen problem which is what the man told me the day of supposed Delivery
They never even messaged emailed me to let me know there was a problem
Later I found that no deliveries were coming from the depot at Doncaster anyway that day like was told
Also universal paving weren't contactable much on off that day
We're not professional and I was told I wouldn't receive the delivery that day but they waited until nearly dinner before telling me
I asked for a refund at one point and was told I won't get a refund
I was fuming
I would stay away or tread carefully with them
Very bad set up management customer service that day

I've used this company for the last 5 years now and done so many patios, I've never had a single problem with the slabs always well packaged and in immaculate condition. Great communication and fast delivery.
If your looking at doing a patio make universal paving your first priority.

I recently had a delivery of porcelain paving slabs. All individually packaged, on 2 pallets. Fast delivery, great communication, no breakages and gorgeous paving slabs, an all round great service provided.

If I could give this company 10 stars I would great deal and when the 2 pallets arrived not one breakage the slabs were packed so so well padded between each one , underneath and all around the crate . Just brilliant
