Excellent products and Service
I have been dealing with Paving Slabs UK for several years now, and overall, my experience has been excellent. Their product quality is outstanding—especially their granite slabs, which have held up beautifully over time. The slabs are durable, well-finished, and exactly as described.
What stands out most for me is their exceptional customer service and willingness to listen to feedback. Two years ago, when I received a large delivery of granite slabs (several pallets weighing around one ton each), the delivery company they used at the time sent a driver who was not properly equipped with a motorised pallet truck. This made unloading very difficult and unsafe, and I had to assist the driver personally. When I raised this issue with the delivery company’s health and safety manager, they were dismissive.
I then reported the problem to Paving Slabs UK, and I am very pleased to say they took it seriously. For my recent delivery, they used a different delivery company whose driver arrived fully prepared with all the correct equipment to safely handle the heavy pallets. This attention to detail and commitment to improving customer experience really impressed me.
In summary, Paving Slabs UK offers top-quality products combined with responsive and responsible service. Their proactive approach in addressing delivery issues shows they genuinely care about customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable paving slabs and great service.

Great product Kandla Grey Porcelain well packed only had two broken slabs out of 3 pallets!! The only thing I would be mindful of is the delivery process in need of simplifying as you get given a date but you also have to confirm it which I missed the call and message so was expecting a delivery on said date to find out when I called it wasn’t coming as I hadn’t confirmed it, it was only by chance I saw a 121 message.Apart from that I would highly recommend this company

They made ordering and delivery so simple and kept me informed every step of the way. Each delivery let me know it was coming and was delivered with care. There are too many tiles (each individually boxed) to check. But have ordered 7% extra as per the website instructions.

Beware of the “7% Breakage” clause
Ordered paving slabs for a DIY patio project and was shocked to find several arrived broken. When I contacted the company, they pointed to a “7% breakage allowance” buried in their policy—as if that somehow excuses sending damaged goods.
Let’s be clear: under UK consumer law, I’m entitled to receive items of satisfactory quality. Pre-emptively writing off breakages doesn’t override the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If I pay for 100 slabs, I expect 100 usable slabs—not anything less and a shrug.
This policy feels like a way to dodge accountability rather than deliver quality. I have had no resolution from pavingslabsuk, other than being fobbed off. If you’re planning a project and need reliable materials and service, I’d think twice before ordering here.

We’re sorry to hear that one slab was damaged during delivery — occasional breakages can happen in the handling of heavy paving materials. We would recommend that you take a look at the claims policies across other paving stone suppliers — you’ll find that ours is largely the same. A small level of non-compensable allowance or tolerance is standard practice within the paving industry.
Please also note that a broken piece can often still be used along the edges or corners of your paved area.
We hope you enjoy the finished result once your paving is laid.

Damaged Tiles
After receiving my tiles and carefully opening them all. I found 7 with damage to the corners, including some with manufacturing defects that was visibly noticeable on the tile surface. Plus about another 10 with damaged corners below the top surface.
I contacted Paving Slabs UK to ask about replacements. I was told they couldn’t replace them but would refund the damaged tiles. After no response for a week I contacted them again. Only to be told it’s written in their policy that minor damage is acceptable and they would not be refunding or replacing any of the Damaged tiles.
Would not recommend this company and will not use them in future.
Slightly cheaper than other sites but don’t be fooled you get what you pay for.

This is an industry standard and a common policy among all suppliers, not something unique to us. We kindly ask for your understanding. You may also search online and see that no reputable supplier would offer replacements for such very minor issues.
