Natural Stone Paving were both helpful resolving any issues during the ordering process, their staff were knowledgeable about their products making me feel confident I was ordering the correct items, my order was processed and delivered within the quoted period, the product was well packaged meaning it is unlikely there will be damages.

Excellent Paving Slabs
Went to the shop and the team were very helpful showing slabs from the batches they had. We chose 3 palettes of Himalayan Grey which arrived on time and the quality was excellent with none chipped or broken. My builder remarked on the quality and condition, especially at a very reasonable price. No hesitation in recommending them to others. Thank you

I order 6 packs of porcelain tiles
I order 6 packs of porcelain tiles. They suggested a staggered delivery, 2 packs at a time to stop the driveway getting full of building materials. This went very well. They also sent me a video showing me how to cut the tiles to stop breakages, which stopped the breakages. Top customer service

Great all-round
Reasonably priced and delivered when requested. The lorry couldn't get to the house but the driver brought the pallets maybe 50m to our driveway.
The paving stones/tiles themselves seem to be high quality. There were no breakages when being cut and laid.
The porcelain seems high quality with no air gaps or strange aggregate added in.
The finish is smooth but slightly rough and they don't get hot when sat in the baking sun.

Split delivery, followed by a late delivery twice
Late delivery twice, initial delivery was delayed and split into 2 seperate deliveries, however I was notified and could plan around this and commence works, and although I was somewhat happy with the product itself, the 2 furthers delivery attempts were delayed, their courier claimed they could not drive a 7.5tn truck down my road but we’ve never had this issue in the past. Natural Paving support staff were rude and incompetent, they offered no resolution and I was expected to pay out to my labourers for the days rate despite not being able to get any work done.
When asking for a resolution rather than just a spineless apology I was cut off, still yet to see any outcome
The advisor on the phone wouldnt even bother to seek further advise or come to a resolution

Do not use this company
Do not use this company, if you care what colour your stones are going to be. In my case, I ordered autumn brown, but got grey with some beige colour, even after wetting, which they insist is autumn brown. I am now £129 pounds out of pocket, through no fault of mine!
Totally unfair, and there is nothing I can do!

We sincerely apologise that you were unhappy with the cobbles you ordered. According to all our correspondence, the stones were not grey with beige, as stated in your review, they were Autumnal tones, with earthy browns, reds, dusky pinks, and some grey.
We spent time working with you by explaining the characteristics of natural stone, the colour palette of autumn brown, and also requested that you wet down the cobbles so we could see if the wrong product had been sent. You assisted us with this, but unfortunately, we still disagreed.
We then offered to collect the cobbles to bring them back to the yard so we could wet down the entire order. If they were deemed to be autumn brown, our standard terms and conditions would apply, meaning you would be responsible for return delivery costs and restocking fees. However, if we had indeed sent the wrong product, we would have issued a full refund, which you accepted.
It was determined that the cobbles are autumn brown. We have included the image of your cobbles in our listing, as it accurately represents the item and showcases a mix of dark autumnal tones when they are wet.
As a company, it would have been easier for us if we had sent the wrong products. Although it would have caused inconvenience regarding timing and the need to send replacements, we could have resolved the issue in your favour by either issuing a full refund or replacing the cobbles. There is no benefit for us to disagree with you, as we understand that it only leads to negative reviews.
Unfortunately, in this instance, we were unable to meet your expectations. It is also unfair for our company to suffer a loss simply because the product did not meet your personal preference.
Natural stone products are unique; they come with a blend of tones and colours that constitute the colour palette associated with their name, and this is the beauty of natural stone — no two cobbles or slabs are exactly alike.
We always strive to resolve any issues fairly in accordance with our terms and conditions and the products we sell. Once again, we can only apologise in this instance that you were dissatisfied with our service and the product you received.

Well seriously you ask for a review on a Sunday having received the goods at approx. 4pm on the previous Friday! Yes I appreciate there’s a note saying I can wait before I give a review etc etc. How about you guys wait a sensible time frame before asking for a review! Yes you may have gathered I’m rather fatigued with this review culture that we are faced with nowadays.
I buy a carrot in Waitrose (other Supermarkets do exist) and before I’ve had a chance to get it home and out of the shopping bag I’m being asked for a review! It’s a (expletive) carrot, it’s orange!
Anyway, back to Natural Paving Store review, well you’ve asked so you shall recieve… I received an email early on Friday morning (30th May) advising my delivery would be on Monday 2nd July. That’s all fine, as I’d expected, so I inform my builder to expect the delivery on Monday. I go out for the day and at 13.20 I received an email saying the delivery would be that afternoon! I was in a meeting so didn’t get to check the email and was unaware of the content. My builder had finished work by 3.30pm that afternoon so had left my property. The delivery was made at 16.09 on Friday pm. Was it left with the other building materials on my front garden? No, it was left at the entrance to my driveway, partially blocking it! How difficult would it have been to leave the 2 pallets adjacent to the other building materials rather than blocking part of my drive with pallets too heavy to move without a crane or forklift. Unfortunately, I possess neither of these vehicles. Come on guys use a modicum of sense when you leave materials. As to the quality and condition of the materials, I have no idea, maybe ask me again in a weeks time when we’ve had the chance to use them!

I completely agree with you—every day we see countless requests for reviews, and your example of a carrot is perfect. Unfortunately, this has become a cultural norm. As a company, if we do not ask for reviews, we risk being perceived as insincere or untrustworthy. Reviews help customers understand the overall experience with our company.
The saddest aspect is that unless someone has had a particularly negative experience or wants to damage a company for something they were not happy with an outcome, most customers don’t leave feedback, which can result in a skewed representation of a company's true performance and lead to the prevalence of fake reviews.
Our company, like many others on Trustpilot, is frequently approached by scammers who offer to write five-star reviews for us for a fee. I want to stress that we do not engage with these services, which is evident in the number of our reviews. We serve hundreds of customers each year, yet we only have about 300 reviews.
The issue arises when a company receives a negative review; scammers often contact them, offering to flood their account with fake five-star reviews for a price. Therefore, when reading reviews about any company, it’s important to be aware that many could be fake while others might be genuine.
I will take your feedback into account and see if there is a way we can work with Trustpilot to extend the period before requesting reviews.
In regard to your delivery, thank you for sharing your experience with our delivery service. First and foremost, I want to sincerely apologise for the early arrival of your delivery.
We disclose on our website that we utilise a third-party haulage company called Palletways and that it is not us who deliver. Upon reviewing your order in the Palletways portal, I can confirm that it was scheduled for delivery on June 2nd. I am unsure why it was delivered on May 30th, and I apologise for any confusion and inconvenience this may have caused.
I also checked the delivery images and can understand why the paving was left at that location. Palletways operates with a lorry equipped with a tail lift and a manual pump truck, rather than a hiab crane. This information is provided on our website and in our order confirmations, along with a demonstration video. Therefore they would not have been able to place next to the other building materials.
Given that the paving weighs, on average, 1000kg, the driver cannot pull the load using a pump truck over a gravel driveway, as it would be too difficult to move. As a result, they placed the paving as close to your property as possible. I apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
