Never had any issues with products or delivery the birds absolutely love your bark butter and berry flavoured suet pellets, blocks and balls. Blue tits and woodpeckers love your split peanuts. This was my first purchase from Garden World Direct as my Charnwood Duck and Swan food was out of stock at my usual supplier.
Very happy with the service. Ordered at 3pm Saturday and yes I did pay £2 for a quicker delivery but on a large 15kg purchase it was a drop in the ocean. The food arrived the very next day less than 24 hours and Christmas week too. Very impressed. Competitively priced as well so I will definitely use Garden World Direct again. Thank you

No problem with ordering or delivery,
Purchased 2x 12.5 kg of four seasons no mess bird seed. The problem is with this product it just clumps up in the feeder and goes mouldy, I added some black sunflower seeds to the mix as it’s too dense and blocks the feeding holes. I phoned GWD customer service and not very helpful. I’ve had to throw away several half filled feeders. Disappointed.

Ordered yesterday and delivered today! That is such an amazing service and with free delivery too. Couldn’t ask for better. Products also of a very high quality and with good discounts. Absolute 5* service thank you.

Brilliant - first time used. Quality great & well packaged delivered quickly and into dry garage up steep drive. DPD driver cheerful and such a contrast to other delivery firms who dump parcels in rain bottom of driveway. I’ll now use GWD every time.

The DPD delivery person dumped 2 boxes of bird food on a wet step in the poring rain. He was instructed to leave in the porch which he would have seen if up the correct drive. It’s not like DPD they are usually very good.
I give Garden Wildlife Direct their credit they sorted out the problem for me.
I have never had any problems before after years of being a customer so willingly gave 5 stars.

I am very happy with the Squirrel proof feeder (3 packs). Easy to clean the feeders. Value for money and fast delivery.

My friend bought a feeder advertised as "squirrel and large bird proof." Within minutes, she filmed a parakeet happily feeding from it. She contacted the company with the video as proof but the response was not helpful. According to this company, parakeets are not 'large birds' because they are 'quite light'. Oh, so now the customer needs to be an ornithologist? There are, like different kinds of snow for rail operators, obviously different types of 'large birds'. The disclaimer statement doesn't explicitly include parakeets either even though the company obviously knows the feeder won't work for them. It's also ridiculously large. I would never, ever shop with this company again and I strongly advise others to beware - they make sweeping claims then wriggle out of any responsibility. Don't waste your money!

I picked this company from a google search for online bird food suppliers. On the site, it offered a 20% discount on first order for signing up, I provided my details and that window gave me the code. I completed my order, almost £70 and expected on checkout to have an input box to enter the code. IT DID NOT HAPPEN. I wrote to the company who basically said to bad, can't do anything about it having paid for my order. They said I could order more items and then use the discount code. Dire customer service - be careful and I would not recommend to any other potential customer.

Good at last being able to use reward points with the everyday current offers. It’s rare that they allow you to do this, and I’ve had loads of points expire before being able to use them effectively. Very annoying!
The products are always good though, and if you get the offer price, good value!
