I am more than satisfied with the Squirrel proof ground multi feeder that I ordered, it arrived within 48hrs of ordering, well packed, and of much better quality than I was expecting for the price. It came with a selection of 4 interchangeable feeding tubes, peanut, small mesh, seed and fatball. It looks smart on my lawn just below my feeding station, I just hope the birds like it as much as I do, but I expect it will take a while for them to get used to it.

From order to doorstep (including a weekend) in 3 days. What more could you want?! Excellent service. Very good range of great quality products to choose from, competitively priced. Loads of very happy birds here.

All products good value and seem popular with our feathered friends! Promptly dispatched but overall experience badly let down by courier company who had possession of package (confirmed by tracking and e-mail) for almost a week before delivery.

Im really unimpressed by the item I received recently.  The holes are far too large for the screws and there was no instructions at all. You wait for customer care to be connected and find when you are at position 1 you get a message stating that you're busy. So you cost me the customer more money.  I won't be buying from you again and I will be putting it on trustpilot.

Since purtchesing a grace feeding station unpacked it and was imediatly dissapointed all the poles where rusty the manufacturers clame this is galvanised but there wrong rust starts on the inside then eats in to your presious galvanising rendering it not fit for purpose but its good qualty metal its a pitty its rusty inside the poles not worth £74.99 more aless £40.00 in this state back to drawing board orderd 10 febuary 2026

Good product at competitive prices and good customer service. I had a problem with one of the items on my order which was sorted out quickly and simply. That's why GWD is my preferred supplier for bird food.

Excellent service as always. Quick delivery and as the box of bird seed is very heavy the courier very kindly asked carried it into the kitchen for me. Very friendly and smiley courier.

This company makes bold unsubstantiated claims about their sunflower hearts being the cheapest in the UK, with prices that "can't be beaten". This is simply not true. For instance, today their cheapest product is 28kg @ £43.19 (£1.54p per kg). This compares with the same Bargain Bird Food product @ £38.69 (£1.38 per kg) - i.e. a full 10% cheaper! I would add screenshots to back this up, but can't find a way to add images to the review.

Ordered a number of products which were delivered Friday 23rd January, alas one item was missing, rang them snd within an hour they had rung me back, with 'Yes this had been missed', accidents happen. Anyhow asked if I wanted a refund, nope would rather have the product, my resident crows would never let me hear the rest of it! Sort of expected it would arrive sometime during the week, but no, text and email today Sunday 25th January to say it will be delivered today. Now if that isn't the top of customer service I don't know what is. Plus products are first rate and really competitively priced

Super company to buy bird, badger and fox food from - particularly larger amounts

Delivery is always on time and well packaged whilst the prices are highly competitive compared to buying bulk amounts with other wildlife food suppliers

Great communication, always fix something if it's not quite right and plenty of special offers on when you're signed up for their newsletter

Always good quality products which attract a wide range of birds to the garden.
