The last delivery was perfect; the parcel came on time and to the correct address. I say this because the previous delivery made by you (last week) was
delivered to the wrong address, was difficult to carry because of the weight
(14 kgs) and bulk, and I had to carry this with difficulty from next door - hence I have had back trouble since then.
