Product clumps & goes mouldy

No problem with ordering or delivery,
Purchased 2x 12.5 kg of four seasons no mess bird seed. The problem is with this product it just clumps up in the feeder and goes mouldy, I added some black sunflower seeds to the mix as it’s too dense and blocks the feeding holes. I phoned GWD customer service and not very helpful. I’ve had to throw away several half filled feeders. Disappointed.

Excellent service. Received my rebounder next day. Easy to set up and great quality.
I’m already enjoying it and each day gets better.

Generally the overall experience of TSB…

Generally the overall experience of TSB is poor.. and has declined over the past few years.. no staff in our local branch.. one cash machine that you often have to wait in line even though someone on the counter is available they won’t help.. cash machine said one of my £10 was fake! I had to look for someone to help me the woman was annoyed that I disturbed her .turned out that the £10 had a fold in it..
Online experience awful..I opened a monthly a saver in 2023 every time I paid the monthly amount in it went into an easy saver account with much lower interest..
No one in the branch to help.
So I lost out on a years 5% interest..
It’s taken TSB over 3 months and 5 visits to the branch to respond.. so I’m going to move my ££ to another bank..

8 weeks waiting with No service!

I joined now tv in March I’m still waiting for my broadband on May 18th.. for what ever reason they keep pushing the date further away..
I’m waiting again for open reach to install it today.. I’m not very hopeful as open reach have not yet arrived or made contact with me.. so I can assume the email from now tv was a lie.. this means I have yet again cancelled appointments..when I phone I get the same story..
Now TV will I ever get the broadband I signed up for? I’ve been waiting for 8 weeks..with no service since
15/4 as I’d cancelled my previous provider..

manipulation and lies

After VM disconnected me after agreeing to a 2 week extension, and waiting 3 days after being promised twice that my service would be restored I was manipulated to take out a new contract as that would solve all the problems.. the agent never said that the 1st month would be £88 I was told it would be £36..I had already told her I had no wifi so couldn’t check the contract..
My service was never restored and my new hub never sent so 6 days later I cancelled my contract,, for some reason VM cant seem to understand they failed to restore or give me any service so the contract taken out on 18/4 should be cancelled instead I’ve been put through hell and my contract not cancelled..
Why?
VM contacted me via the forum requesting that I contact via some forum which requires setting up an email password etc..
VM this is my complaint C-250423666
I’d like to keep this on an open forum and look forward to your response

Just the worst experience

Virgin Media disconnected me on 15/4 after me phoning them and asking for an extension..so their mistake, I was told service would be restored in 48 hours
Then on another day that it would by the end of the day.. it just goes on and on.. including taking out a new contract being told a new hub would be sent to me by Priority.. it was never sent I had to wait 6 days to find this out..after many hours wasted I’m sick of the lies and incompetence I’ve received., it really has been a challenge with a loss of business.. so many times I was told I’d be reconnected and im being charged even though I’ve had no service..
after 11 years I’ve left..
The last agent in customer relations didn’t listen it was like talking to a robot.. I was on the phone for over 2 hours just to disconnect..
I would not recommend virgin media really poor service..
The compensation does not reflect what I’ve been put through..

Day 8 no service.

Day 8 no service.. the service has been dreadful.. priority means waiting days for a new hub.. pull your finger out VM
Outstanding incompetence..

NO PACKAGE

Waited in for my package.. tracked it and waited outside.. package delivered but not to me.. no contact phone etc.. just surveys..I’ve finally had a a web chat with Yodel. Do real people actually exist anymore? The response was slow 20 mins just to establish what was already known.. then several hours later a photo of where my package was delivered to.. not even on the street I live.. why did the driver not return when I told them that I’d not received my order?? I regard this as now being stolen ,, well done Yodel for terrible customer service..I’ve located my parcel and have it.. I did in fact do my own detective work and found the door that was in the photo.. it was not the address on the package..

I’m still waiting on 2 orders date…

I’m still waiting on 2 orders date 22/11 & 27/11 it’s now December 14th. Clearly once sent via EVRI you have know why of checking the status of the order.. when I track its in warehouse!! Bodykind have resent via EVRI same thing still no items..

Like many of the reviews.

Like many of the reviews.. I made a mistake of trying to top up a mobile phone..
The credit has not been put on the phone..when I tried to follow the instructions it says that the mobile number is invalid then wants me to set up password email address etc.. my gut feeling is that if o phone them it’s going to cost ME even more and I don’t trust this company..
