Bought two 20kg sacks of wild bird food and received about 40kg of wheat and barley which the birds won’t touch, response when complained was can we suggest a more expensive mix next time!

I have been using Garden Wildlife Direct for some time now. Their products have always been of good quality and their premium fatballs are the only ones my birds will eat, (who knew birds could be so picky)! The service was always rather slow with my orders taking about 2 weeks to arrive, but my last 3 orders came in less than a week, super. Keep up the good work.

Deliver on time with quality service

The Garden Wildlife Direct is a great company , excellent products the birds love them . I have been using them for some time now and wouldn’t go anywhere else . The only disappointment was my last delivery DPD were dreadful we were home but they didn’t bother to ring our buszzer and they left our parcel out side a communal door and in front of the door which meant it couldn’t be opened as the weight of the parcel was very heavy . That is my only criticism and this is not the fault of the company I ordered from just the delivery company . I have made them aware of the problem

Always well packaged and arrives quickly. Good quality bird food. I have ordered from GED about once a month for a couple of years now and have never had any issues with the bird food or delivery.

The sunflower seeds are well packaged in sacks, but then put it a cardboard box which was not strong enough and in my opinion was totally unnecessary, just put a despatch label on the sacks. The seeds themselves are good and competitively priced. Would l buy from Garden Wildlife Direct? YES

This Company has been my goto supplier for my wild bird food for years now!
Their seed mixes & indeed peanuts, are spot on. With a great selection of mixes that just keep the birds coming back into my garden all year round. I have had some really good spots of some pretty rare birds, since starting buying their products.

Very good service and the delivery man was so helpful. The seeds were in very good condition and the birds love them. I have a lot of goldfinches and sparrowsand siscins.

I asked for the delivery to be sent quickly because of the hot weather and because I was running out!
It arrived the next day in the morning after I sent the order in yesterday.
Sunflower seeds, premium fatballs and dried worms all get gobbled up quickly.
