Stu the engineer turned up on time, so a star for that, he was polite ,knowledgeable and professional set up the system and all is working better and quicker than I ever expected, so I’m very happy so far and I see no reason for that state of euphoria to end any time soon.

Matthew was excellent. He was friendly and helpful and talked through the new system once up and running. He was also really quick and efficient- hardly took any time despite having to drill through wall. All cleaned up afterwards and bookcase back in position. Would highly recommend him.

Coming to the end of my broadband contract. Called to discuss a new contract and price. After giving me some ridiculously high prices I said I would cancel. He went away then came back with the deal I wanted, same service, same price, for a further 12 months. Can't say fairer than that!

Quick and efficient installation, but some pain in getting all my devices working.
From initial contact with a local Truespeed agent (who was excellent) to installation was less than 2 weeks. This included external work and then 3 days later the internal installation. It was quick and easy. Special mention to Dave who took his time to do a a very neat installation.
Only criticism was I struggled to get my CCTV back on line with the Truespeed router; which had previously worked perfectly on my BT router. While Customer support helped with some information (they state they can not help with 3rd party devices). I was left to my own devices to research the issue and ultimately change the router IP address to make my CCTV visible on-line.
