A unique experience these days

Can’t praise the help and assistance given to me firstly, by Lex and, then, Donna who had looked into the renewal of my contract and had offered suggestions in connection with my future requirements. Such a breath of fresh air to first, be able to discuss my situation with an actual person and secondly, who actually knows what they are talking about and know their subject and job thoroughly without being pushed from pillar to post!

VERY POOR SERVICE

VERY POOR SERVICE! We bought the top package and they still found it difficult to meet simple tasks.At some points we were getting 0.5mbps (NOT ACCEPTABLE) The first time setup equipment was outdated and overpriced.County broadband seemed to take advantage for anyone living in a rural area with no internet options.Not a good experience and will be voiding them in the future, if we could give less than one star we would,

Amazing service from Donna

I called County broadband today and the call was answered by Donna. After less than a minute or so the conversation ended when the line went dead. That was really frustrating because I’d waited to be connected as well and would have to queue again. I have to say, I said to myself, let’s see how good Donna is, let’s see if she calls me back. After about a minute, my mobile phone rang, it was Donna!! I really couldn’t believe it! Good Customer Services are rare these days, Donna went the extra mile, and beyond! Donna managed my inquiry fantastically, couldn’t have asked for better customer service, thank you Donna! Viv.

Hands down the worst internet provider…

Hands down the worst internet provider I have ever had. We had to get our fibre originally through them because of where I live. The WiFi signal never worked you could sit directly in front of the router and still poor. Spoke to someone after a month and they said you have to buy signal boosters. So I cancelled near the end of my contract to go with another provider and as I'm still paid for the month would have thought I'd get internet for the month but they cut me off! So no TV and a very upset daughter as she couldn't play or watch TV . Stay away if you can

Broadband contract renewal.

Company called unprompted to explain my fixed term broadband contract was due for renewal. I was offered a new contract at a reduced rate which was confirmed by email later the same day.

Good value for a year and then they try and rip you off

My service for the past year has been ok until i went to renew my contract. I was paying £28.99 for a year and i expected this to increase by 10%. The offer they gave me was to have a slower speed for £37.99 or a slightly faster speed for £43.99, WOW! Talk about inflation! So a year ago they drilled holes into my house, attached a cable to the outside of my house and now they want to massively inflate my payment. I would therefore NOT recommend this company.

Unreliable service for businesses

Unreliable service for businesses. There is a disruption to the service every month without fail - meaning we have to cancel training services, have no access to our phone services and inevitably means lost income. When we manage to call County Broadband there is no answer for a very long time. Very poor service for a business and therefore unreliable. Would not recommend. Unfortunately there is no other provider in our rural area so we have no option but to tolerate it until our contract at current office expires.

County Broadband Contract Renewal

I called County Broadband to renew my contract and Donna Dixon called me back to explain that my old contract was no longer available. She had, however, found me a new one, which was better than I am currently paying (out of contract). On acceptance, I immediately received a confirmation email. The whole process was quick and efficient.

Dedicated Support

Over the years that I’ve been with County Broadband, the support team has been extremely helpful and friendly and especially personalised .
every time I call up I’m always put through to somebody who is acting on my best interest and wants to get me the best help that is available.
During my transition period to true speed, the merging company with County Broadband, it has been extremely easy, especially with the help of Donna Dixon.

Problems with Broadband

We find that we are constantly having to contact County Broad Band as our internet is constantly well below what we are paying for when we do get a call back we are given different reasons why the broadband isn’t working for example we are using 2 different broadband and to turn off the one that is not County Broadband after some investigation it was because my neighbours network which was not County Broadband was interfering with County Broadband we wasn’t connected to our neighbours broadband cannot wait for our contract to end especially since they get funding when we signed up

Donna Dixon County Broadband

Dealing with Donna Dixon was a pleasure. She was polite and extremely friendly, explaining things clearly and advising me on the best ways to overcome my concerns. I am happy to say that she answered my emails and phone calls promptly and always phoned me back at the promised time.

Really good customer service

Really good customer service, from when I first called on Tuesday 24th Feb,with a query regarding the renewal of my contract and completion on Wednesday 25th Feb.
Donna Dixon has been so helpful, she has changed my contract and emailed it to me all completed and all within 24hrs.

Joke of a company zero customer service.

Joke of a company zero customer service take days and even weeks to get back to you, I switched back to sky near the end of my contract and they are even mucking that up I would avoid at all costs unless you like zero support and zero customer focus. Still waiting over a week for them to resolve my complaint.

On line renewal of our broadband contract proved to be difficult but the phone call from Donna Dixon quickly sorted things out and saved us some money.

Terrible service

Poor customer service - I had a fee free deferral period, confirmed in writing BEFORE signing. Despite this, they threatened to cut off the broadband as I had not paid. The response was "I can advise that your case was brought to my attention and reviewed with our senior management team, following which a decision has been made to authorise a gesture of good will for your case and allow a late deferral onto the account."

There are regular disconnections in service, mostly in the evening but also during the day on occasion.

I am finally at the end of this torturous contract, but had to chase for acknowledgement of cancellation after I was warned yet again of the price hike upon end of my contract.

I had wanted to support what was a local business; such a shame they have terrible customer service. Avoid.
