Having bought a Discovery Sport from Stratstone Land Rover Wolverhampton last October which we are really pleased with incidentally, I needed some help accessing the Dashcam from my phone. I contacted Rachel Pitt who dealt with me previously with my purchases and she kindly organised for a technician to help. This he did quickly and efficiently and also helped with another query I had. I have always been impressed with the kindness and courtesy I have experienced at Stratstone and the friendliness and thoughtfulness they have shown to both my husband and myself. A special mention goes to Rachel particularly but also to Sally and Celeste.
I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Stratstone to family and friends.

When I visited on Wednesday 10th of June she was so kind, caring and supportive. She provided breakfast and drinks, and even went out of her way to get me lunch. What a Reception team! The fantastic experience started right at the front door! We were greeted by a lovely receptionist called Sally she was incredibly warm, professional, and welcoming. She offered us a drink and immediately connected us with the right salesperson. Excellent customer service! I noticed Sally made every person feel valued rather than just another customer. She was kind, patient, and had the most infectious smile. Great front-desk presence makes all the difference.
