Having been the custodian of my current vehicle, a Carbon-Black coloured BMW X3 M-Sport for only 12 months, I wasn't intending on replacing this for a few years.
Having been out that morning, on our way home my son, who's very much into cars wanted to extend our journey so asked if we could call into Audi Halesowen.
Once on the forecourt, he spotted a stunning Audi e-tron which he believed to be an excellent unplanned replacement. Briefly having looked at the car, we made our way to the reception area of the showroom where we were greeted, felt welcomed with offered a drink whilst a salesperson became available.
With a warm, friendly and professional approach, Marcin introduced himself and asked about our enquiry.
Marcin pulled out all the stops from the time of introduction 12 May 2026 when he worked after the advertised Sunday closing time, the effort he put in during the handover and even up until today, 26 May 2026 when he called to make sure I'd received all the relevant documents.
I think Audi Halesowen should be proud to have Marcin who I found to be such a dedicated member of staff who looked after me from the start - thank you!
It's been such a pleasure to again having had the opportunity to deal with Audi Halesowen, especially Marcin who made my experience of buying a new car, which I'm extremely pleased with purely by chance and on impulse so welcoming.

Audi had my vehicle for a standard recall , they missed placed a part and I received lies and excuses and I’m constantly trying to get answers but all I’m getting is lies and excuses from poorly trained staff.
